Modification of toilet sanitary lines in 1st and 2nd floor of OHC Building

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick (edge cut) of size 300mmx600m (Concept) conforming to IS : 15622, of KAJARIA make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes chipping of existing Floor tiles, wall tiles & prepartion with one layer of CM of 1:5)

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix for haunching concrete by using 20 mm aggregate and baby chips including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour etc., complete all as directed. (Item includes chipping of damaged haunching concrete and dispose to a lead of 50M)

Providing waterproofing treatemnet for toilet flooring with brick bats of CM(1:4) and applying Brush Bond two coats to walls complete all as directed. (Dismantling, chipping work is in contractor scope)

Supply of 110 mm dia UPVC (SWR) Soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) complete. (Item includes removal of old damaged pipe lines and handed over to CE dept.,)

Supply of 75 mm dia UPVC (SWR) Soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (supreme/ prince make) complete. (Item includes removal of old damaged pipe lines and handed over to CE dept.,)

Providing 12mm thick cement plastering of Mix 1:6 for birck work / RR wall etc., including necessary scaffolding, labour cement etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and apply the Nitto bond AR / SBR chemical for plastring areas complete all as directed. (Plastring qty will be measure in separate item)
