Supply of architectural drawing, structural drawing, design and preparation of BOQ estimates and rate analysis for Provn of transit accn for Air Crew officers and SNCOs at AF Stn Dharbanga (A) Brief Scope of work includes :- (i) 01 x Single Living Officers accn (G+1) for 04 x Officers, two accn in each floor as shown in draft Line Plan :- (a) Plinth Area = 348.68 Sqm. (b) Tentative line plan as Appx B. (c) Ceiling Height of Bldg = 3.20m (d) Plinth height of bldg = 1.05m (From NGL) (ii) 01 x Garrage for 4 x Single Officers (Single Sotrey) as shown in draft Line Plan :- (a) Plinth Area = 63.00 Sqm. (b) Tentative line plan as Appx B. (c) Ceiling Height of Bldg = 3.08m (d) Plinth height of bldg = 0.90m (From NGL) (iii) 01 x Single Living SNCOs accn (Single Storey) for 02 x SNCOs as shown in draft Line Plan :- (a) Plinth Area = 74.40 Sqm. (b) Tentative line plan as Appx C. (c) Ceiling Height of Bldg = 3.20m (d) Plinth height of bldg = 0.95m (From NGL) (iv) 01 x Parking Shed for 2 X Single Living SNCOs (Single Sotrey) as shown in draft Line Plan :- (a) Plinth Area = 12.00 Sqm . (b) Tentative line plan as Appx C . (c) Ceiling Height of Bldg = 3.08m. (d) Plinth height of bldg = 0.80m (From NGL). (B) BREIF SPECIFICATION (i) Foundation - To be desinged for RCC M-25 (Design mix). (ii) RCC framed structure with RCC roof slab. Reinforment shall be TMT Fe 500/500D. (iii) Brick wall shall be 230mm, partition wall shall be 115mm. (iv) Water proofing APP roof treatment. (v) Plastering : Internal 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and External 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC. (vi) Flooring/skirting : (a) Single Living Officers. - Vitrified tiles flooring/skirting in living, seating room, balcony, servant qtr, Non-skid ceramic tiles flooring in toilets, Glazed Ceramic tiles as Dado in toilet, Kota Stone flooring in stair case (b) Single Living SNCOs - Coloured Ceramic tiles flooring/skirting in living, Non-skid ceramic tiles flooring in toilets, Glazed Ceramic tiles as Dado in toilet . (c) Car Garage - 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 over 100mm thick PCC 1:5:10.over 150mm thick hardcore. d) Scooter garage - 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 100mm thick PCC 1:5:10. over 150 mm thick hardcore. (vii) Joinery : Single Living Officer & SNCOs - Door - Factory made panelled door with fly proofing shall be provided, Drappery rods to be provided over door and window except toilet, Window - Aluminum window with wire mesh shutter and mild steel guard bars shall be provided.(viii) Finishes : (a) Single living Officer and SNCOs - External - Grit finish, Internal - Two coats of OBD with primer over wall care putty. (b) Car Garage & Scooter garage - External - Two coats of Cement Based Paint over cement primer, Internal - Three coats of white wash. (ix) Plinth protection : 750mm wide 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over 100mm thick hardcore. (x) Sanitary fittings - Vitreous china of approved make including CP bath fittings and plumbing work. (xi) Anti termite treatment to the Single Living Officers & SNCOs accn. (xii) Seismic Zone V . (xiii) Tentative SBC is 7 to 8 T/Sqm, the actual SBC shall be given respectively by GE (AF) Bihta at later stage. Designer shall change the design details after actual SBC is provided and no extra claim shall be given for the same. (C) STRUCTURAL ASPECT Sructural designs & drgs including structural details, structural notes conforming to standards IS-456, IS-816, IS-875, IS-1893, IS-2062, IS-4326, IS-13920 and any other latest and relevant Indian Standard of the building as per the arch drg provided including design calculations folders alongwith STAAD output file hard copy and soft copy and one set of original tracing hard copy (A1 size) on Gateway brand tracing paper alongwith a soft copy of drawing. The drawing should be got vetted by IIT/NIIT before submission to this department. NOTE (i) Any amendment required during tender presentation and on later date during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies of the amended sheets shall be submiited free of cost alongwith clarifications, if any during complete execution till completion of the project. (ii) Preparation and developing of preliminary/Final architectural design & drawings (Line plan, elevation & sections) based on Plinth Area and the same shall be submitted to this office for the approval by this HQ. (iii) After the approval of the plan, the consultant will prepare and submit structural designs and drawings in Auto CAD for the above mentioned buildings as per sound architectural practices (Confiming basic code, provisions and other building bye laws as per NBC) and as per area & other details mentioned in the adm approval/as directed by DCWE B/R of HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli. (iv) After appoval of the structural drawings, the consultant shall submit the detailed estimates BOQ duly priced on SSR 2010 and SSR 2020, yardstick in requisite format and market rate analysis in three sets of hard copy duly signed alongwith soft copy of the same to E2 & E8 section of HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli. (v) Terms and conditions of the agreement are given in Appx 'A'.
