Requiredhe supplier should produce evidence of supplies made certificate from their company Chartered Accountant invariably. The CA Certificate was correct and, in the Event, if the devasthanam authorities find false at later date the devasthanam forfeited the EMD and Blacklist the Firm in such case no appeal will be considered
RequiredAfter Tendering all Bidders should submit the attested copies of the uploaded certificates along with original DD / BG / Online payment and Samples as specified above to the EO, Sri Mahanandeeswara Swamy Vari Devasthanam, Mahanandi, Nandyal (Dt) before the scheduled date and time of closing of Technical Bid. Failing which their tender will be rejected
