Phase 1 – Prototype/Reference Design, Manufacturing and Qualification

Detailed engineering design, calculation and manufacturing of DN300 Class 600 Valve with modulating type Actuator. Demonstration of structural integrity of prototype/reference valve assembly by analysis, and production of drawings. Development of qualification program, qualifications procedures, identification/establishment of test facilities for performance of various planned test and functional qualification. Manufacturing design (2-D drawings and 3-D Model) of prototype/reference valve, production of all manufacturing procedures, processes, inspection and test plans, fabrication of prototype/reference valves, inspection and testing, production of manufacturing records of activities.

Qualification of the prototype/reference valve of serial no. 1 meeting the requirement as per technical specification Part A(II). Production of a qualification documentation package. Delivery of Valves to Purchaser’s Site as per Free Door Delivery.

Development of fire qualification program, fire qualification procedures, identification/establishment of test facility for performance of fire test. Fire Qualification of the prototype/reference valve of serial no 3 meeting the requirement as per technical specification Part A(II). Production of a qualification documentation package. Delivery of Valves to Purchaser’s Site as per Free Door Delivery.

Phase 2 – Design, Manufacturing, Inspection, Testing and Supply of BOQ Valves with Actuators along with mandatory spares (listed in Sec. 16 Part A(II)) as per FCA INCOTERMS 2020 at Contractor’s Factory
