Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve of PTMT, high pressure, with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, ISI marked screwed & suitable for iron pipe 15mm dia bore and minimum weight 142gms, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve of PTMT, high pressure, with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, ISI marked screwed & suitable for iron pipe 20 mm dia bore and minimum weight 210 gms, complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling cement concrete /brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof including segregating and stacking serviceable brick tiles and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats and rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding layer, cleaning the surface and removing rubbish off the premises i.e MOD land, complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description in any position or as in roof padding, coving etc., including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster on roof or wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on concrete surfaces,finished even and fair without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing sweeping, cleaning, washing down the surface to remove all loose dirt etc. and preparing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cleanig the new or old concrete surface and applying water proofing treatment to RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at overlaps (100mm side lap and 150 mm end lap ) & joints with flame (by torch flame application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleanig the new or old concrete surface and applying water proofing treatment to vertical surfaces on roof consisting as under including removal of old existing membrane:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps (100mm side lap and 150 mm end lap ) & joints with flame (by torch flame application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting ,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick laid over 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1 : 4 and pointed with grey cement and no pigment complete all specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting groove in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep, for inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3), and removal of rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, as in padding on roof to maintain desired slope, roof kerb, benching and the like, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length, with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, including mild steel clamps and bolts with washers and making good the mouth of rain water pipe in PCC 1:2:4 type-B0, using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate , complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, fixed to pipes with adhesive, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections, 15mm bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit, including taking down standard fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel water tubes, 15 mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/on surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections, 20 mm bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit, including taking down standard fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel water tubes, 20 mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/on surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only, old steel water tubing, 15mm bore pipe, with all fitings in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old steel tubing shall be fixed after proper checking, cleaning washing, bleaching etc.
