Supply, installing, testing and commissioining of LT cubical panel board, 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire out door type weather vermin, dust proof front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, cable trays cable lugs etc including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables danger boards etc, suitable to accommodate and including the following mentioned fittings; floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 platform; nut,bolts, washers etc for grouting and painting with powder coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable existing LT Panel board with all accessories all as specified and as directed comprising the following:-

(i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos aluminium bus bar duly sleeved of capacity 400 Amps for phases and 200 Amps for neutral duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB, mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment.(ii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuzes and switches.(iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors. (v) MCCB 250 Amps,415V, 4 Pole, 35 KA - 01 No (In coming) (vi) MCCB 63 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 16 KA - 06 Nos (Out going)

(v) MCCB 400 Amps,415V, 4 Pole, 50 KA - 01 No (In coming) (vi) MCCB 200 Amps, 415V, 4 pole,35 KA - 02Nos (Out going) (vii) MCCB 160 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 25 KA - 03 Nos (Out going) (vii) MCCB 100 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 25 KA - 02 Nos (Out going)

Supply and fix in replacement of Bus bar chamber box outdoor type made out of mild steel CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick duly painted with synthatic enamal paint (internally and externally) over a coat of red oxide primer and provision of Onload changeover swich 250A 4 Pole as incommer and outgoing aluminum bus bar four nos of capacity 300A and fixing with angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm of hight 1.2 M above ground level including PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying of cables and erectioning of poles and getting out in any Hard /Dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classLV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Laying only old un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classLV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Taking out / down old existing LT 1100 volt grade cables of size 2x16Sqmm, aluminium conductor, XLPE, armoured, removal to store for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid for separately

Note: Returning filling & removal of earth, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Boring horizontally under roads/pavement/ hardstanding without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including supply and fixing HDPE pipe of 90 mm dia(ISI Marked) suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost).

Material and labour in replacement for provision of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to Copper strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of copper, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note : (i)Earth result after installation completely should be less than 5 Ohm .(ii)Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe of 7.5 M length.

Supply and spreading 40 mm size graded stone aggregate on ground of sub station, average spreading levelling complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: Measurement shall be carried out for net finished volume of work executed).

M & L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type C2 1:2:4 (40mm grade aggregate ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
