Cannibalization/ repairs of Belihack Blades of Snow Control Unit Tangmarg of Field Sub-Division Pattan.

Dismantling/removal of damaged blade assembly from the chassis frame of the machine U-400 by way of removal of bolts after hanging the blade assembly over a suitable chain pulley block.

Dismantling the linkages/wings/nose of the damaged blade by way of dismantling of hydraulic pipes, jacks/ etc by using tools and tackles and gas cutting where ever required.

Dismantling the wings/nose and other well conditioned parts from the unserviceable Belihack Variable blade received from the Divisional stores by using tools and tackles and gas cutting where ever required.

Cannibalization of two blades by way of removing of damaged/unserviceable parts and refitting of serviceable parts with each other. The job shall include bending / denting realignment/ repositioning and re-profiling of deformed usable parts to its original profile using, heating, beating and press work, lever mechanism and crowbars. The job shall include heavy duty welding to the blade wherever needed. The job shall also include the providing and fitting of hub-nuts/bolts/washers of required size to the blade where ever required.

Dismantling of old damaged cutting edges by way of gas cutting. The job includes fitting of new cutting edges by way of Tapper cutting of 20mm thick 10 inch wide 04 Nos of cutting edges of variable blade by mean of gas cutting for free and smooth movement of blade assembly. After cutting, fixing the cutting edges on blade by fitting nut and bolts (M16x65 with lock nut) as per sample. The job shall include drilling holes to cutting edges as per sample. Cutting edges/nuts bolts shall be provided by the Department
