OD176715/2023-2024: Supply, conveyance, Installation, testing & commissioning of 20 KVA Diesel Generator set with company made acoustic canopy conforming to CPCB norms as per technical details given below.1.Engine-a)Make of Engine - Kirloskar/AshokLeyland / //Cummins - Type of Engine - Diesel Engine No. of cylinders - Suitable to develop the required BHP as per manufacturer's standards -b) Method of cooling - Liquid cooling with radiator c)Aspiration - Turbocharged / Natural -d)Design - Suitable for Generator set application e)Output - 25.7 BHP at 1500 rpm under NTP conditions or equivalent standard of manufacturer 2.Standard Accessories with Diesel Engine-Flywheel to suit Coupling-Close coupling-Air-cleaner-Fuel pump--Mechanical governor--Fuel filter --Lubricating oil filter-Residential type Exhaust silencer 3.Engine Instrumental Panel-Starting switch key or button --Lubricating oil pressure-Water temperature gauge gauge -RPM indicator with Hour meter -Battery charging Ammeter -4.Supply control for Engine-Battery Control (trip) for low lubricating oil pressure -Battery Control (trip) for high water temperature--Providing necessary warning systems and other safeties as Contemplated in relevant ISS 5.Fuel Pipe-Oil resistant hoses of 20 mm dia or nearest size M.S. pipe as per manufacturers requirement for fuel line extension with necessary regulator valve. 6.Alternator-Make -Stamford/ Kirloskar/KEL/Crompton/ or Equivalent -Type - Self Excited and self regulated -Capacity -20 kVA/16 kW at 0.8 PF -System voltage - 3phase 415V, 50Hz -Speed - 1500r.p.m. -Voltage regulation - + 1 % of rated voltage -Insulation class - H -The Alternator should confirm to IS 4722 -7.The D.G. set should mount on a suitable size base frame with anti vibration mounting pad 8.Fuel tank-100 Litre Capacity fuel tank integrated with acoustic enclosure complete with fuel piping. provison for filling the diesel .Electric fuel gauge 9.Battery-Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufacture's requirements 10.Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc. shall be submitted while the D.G.set is supplied.Standard control panel integral with the acoustic enclosure comprising of the following.63A,36KA 4 pole MCCB having adjustable setting,having connection with statutory protective systems like EFR and Neutral C,T etc. Digital type meter with accuracy class 0.5 to read parameters such as kwh, Voltage, current , freequency etc. LED type phase indication lamp for indicating the presence of supply on all phases.Fuse protections shall be provided for the meters and indication lamps.11.Exhaust Piping-The cost of D.G set shall be inclussive of conveyance charges and unloading at site.(with out GST)

OD176763/2023-2024:Supply and laying medium gauge ,3 meter long GI pipe of 80 mm dia. With necessary bends , coupling etc. Supported suitably as Exhaust pipe of D.G.set.

5.4:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

OD176718/2023-2024:Providing and fixing test joint on watering pipe, made of 2 no. strips as mentioned below of the following sizes provided on either side of the conductors with 4 nos of GI bolts, nuts check nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.2Nos 25x6 mm G.I. strip 200 mm long

5.9:Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

90.16.3.9:Supply and clamping the following size of strips on surface of wall/ parapet/ existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 X 3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m, making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required ( for horizontal run)25 x 3 mm copper strip

90.16.4.8:Supply and clamping the following sizes of strips on surface of wall / parapet/ existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 x3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles, spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m , making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required ( for vertical run).25 x 3 mm copper strip

90.16.1.2:Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required2.65 mm copper conductor (12 SWG)

90.16.1.3:Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required3.15 mm copper conductor ( 10 SWG)

90.16.5.2:Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.2.65 mm (12 SWG)

90.16.5.3:Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.3.15 mm (10 SWG)
