1 Solvency Certificate of minimum 40% of the tender value will be required to be submitted. (a) Solvency certificate issued by any Schedule commercial Bank shall be accepted, which will be valid for a period of One year from the date of issue unless otherwise mentioned. Or (b) Solvency certificate issued by District Magistrate will be accepted which will have a validity of one year from date of issue unless otherwise mentioned.
2 EXPERIENCE completed works during the last 10 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited as per NIT (Form-III) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of estimated cost put to tender
Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender
One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender
One similar work completed for Govt./PSU etc. with minimum value as indicated & supported with proof. (Other works may be with reputed companies/Firms of private sector duly supported with acceptable proof.)

Average annual financial turnover on construction works should be atleast 30% of the cost put to bid during immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2025.
