Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified as directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of Plain cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified as directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for beam complete all as specified as directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for column complete all as specified as directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified as directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified as directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised(Pre painted), 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work with Cement mortar 1:4 or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description , over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moss and efflorescent salt etc and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior weather coat paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including one coat of Chalk Whiting on cloth or hessian priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, getting out, in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in post holes complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link Fencing Mild steel galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in drainage cover slab, window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.
