SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x600x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), light shade area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 icomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for double charged vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/rectangular), light shade area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, set and jointed neat with epoxy grout and masking tape shall be put before putting the epoxy grout, grout shall be througly cleaned immediatlely and pointed in white or coloured to match the shade of the tile and laid over screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), light shade area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm set and jointed neat with epoxy grout and masking tape shall be put before putting the epoxy grout, grout shall be througly cleaned immediatlely and pointed in white or coloured to match the shade of the tile and laid over rendering in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 icomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slope in panels including joints filled with mastic filling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-Shrink, Cementitious Micro Concrete using Rendroc RG manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or its equivalent modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturers instructions, laid in average thickness of 80 to 100mm in columns, beams and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight form work to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturers instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces and applyingh a coat of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer (Nito Zinc primer of M/s Fosroc chemicals or its equivalent) as per manufacturers instructions to all steel surfaces as antirust agent including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required complete all as directed.

S & F UPVC cable trunking of size 50mmx50mm made with 2 mm thick sheet jointed with connectors including all tees, right angle bends, suspenders, bolts, nuts, washers etc and cable tray fixing iron bracket with suitable size and connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
