Supplying and fixing of SABIC innovative plastic lexan thermoclear multiwall solar control infrared blocker sheet Both U.V coated with thermal insulation properties (Light transmossion 65% (sixty five percent) and solar Transmission 46%(Forty six percent) shedding co-efficent of 0.69 (zero point sixty nine) and K value of 3.0 (Three point zero) W/msqm K the Thickness of the sheet should be 10 mm (Ten millimeter) The sheet to be fixed withover a M.S Pipe structure with aluminium channel (top plate and Boottom plate to be fixed with a self topping screw) and EPDM gasket . The edge are to be welded with siliconqsealant of i-iomensive performance materials as per specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position ,and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in Beams, joists, channel,angle ,tee,flate with connecting plates or angle cleat as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,purline connected to comman rafters and the like as per specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and fixing M.S BP sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm (one point sixty six to two millimeter) thick in eaves board /facia /soffit/ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge (Base member of steel work shall be measured & paid separatly ) as per specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
