Preparation of old treated surfaces by scraping down of LT panel of size 0.9 m x 1.3 m x 0.4m (new record office) complete and applying spray painting by using spray gun, compressor and stand by DG set of suitable capacity, two coats of synthetic enamel paint (externally and internally) of smoke grey colour over one coat of red oxide primer, including writing incoming/out going locations in white colour of suitable font all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Repairing to existing LT panel at site by welding the hinges, replacing of front and back cover sheet as required at site, preparation of old treated surfaces of panel of aprox size 0.5 mx 0.6mx 0.35m and applying spray painting by using spray gun, compressor and stand by DG set of suitable capacity, two coats of synthetic enamel paint (externally and internally) of smoke grey colour over one coat of red oxide primer. Replacing of all internal panel board wiring with PVC insulated copper wire of 4/6 sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Location- Take over point and INP transformer yard).

M & L for grubbing out vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing around the panel board and yard by mannually / mechanically, remove outside MD land and keep the yard area neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean upto the completion of contract.

M & L for graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm spreading and levelling at sub station yard all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 160 Amps, adjustable type, rupturing capacity 25 KA, 415 Volts with Thermal - Magnetic Release make L&T Cat No : CM90642OOMO, Type - DN1-250C or equivallent in Schneider/ABB/Havells connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 125 Amps, adjustable type, rupturing capacity 25 KA, 415 Volts with Thermal - Magnetic Release make L&T Cat No : CM90642OOMO, Type - DN1-250C or equivallent in Schneider/ABB/Havells connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 100 Amps, adjustable type, rupturing capacity 25 KA, 415 Volts with Thermal - Magnetic Release make L&T Cat No : CM90642OOLO, Type - DN0-100C or equivallent in Schneider/ABB connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB, TPN, 415 volt, 63 amps, C curve, including taking down/removing of U/s MCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of 25 x 3 mm as earth lead and all as directed. by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earthing test point, continuous earth lead protected by using GI pipe light grade 40mm bore, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering funnel including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit and RCC chamber cover complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including dismantling old unserviceable earthing all as directed. Note :- Rate quoted shall deem to include for GI earth wire and GI pipe lead upto 7.5m length.
