M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in foundations, floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled and consolidated complete all as specified.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing necessary joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and every change of directions and the joints duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work portions framed and hung as gates, including Pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work portions framed and hung as gates, including Pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. such as Ornamental and Intricate Design Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering to surfaces of RCC tanks, 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3, using sulphate resisting portland cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions including necessary preparation of wall / floor slabs by making rough using hacking tools and cleaning the surfaces with wire brush to remove all loose materials and finally washed with water and finishing the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for three coats of sodium silicate solution in a proportion of 1 part of sodium silicate to three parts of water with coverage area of 04 Sqm per one litre of solution duly allowing 24 hours between each coat including necessary preparation of newly plastered internal surfaces of RCC tank by thoroughly cleaning to remove all dust, dirt and other deleterious materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one coat of hot bitumen of industrial grade 85/25 conforming to IS: 702 @ of 1.2 Kg/ Sqm including necessary preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of RCC tank in contact with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly concrete surfaces of sub base slabs and walls and applying two coats of 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementatious water proofing coating system of SIKA top seal 109/Brush bond RFX of Fosroc or equivalent in Make Dr Fixit/STP/CICO/ Asian as per manufacturer’s instructions, allow 6-8 hrs for 1st coat to dry for applying 2nd coat, apply glass fabric reinforcement SIKA fabric 50 or its equivalent in FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO whilst the first coat is wet and then apply second coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly concrete surfaces of sub base slabs and walls and dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of acrylic cementatious water proofing application, whilst the surface is still damp from satutation (S>S>D), applying one coat of SIKA Top seal 109/ FOSROC Brush bond/ Dr FIXIT Fastflex as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20mm thick PVC/ Rubber Water Bars/ Stoppers, 15cm wide, provided in every horizontal joints of RCC walls while casting of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Stainless Steel ladders and railings made with Stainless Steel Pipes of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm, of Grade AISI 304, standard quality, bright polish finish, using suitable dia of tubes, SS tubes shall be welded at the turnings and junctions, welded portions shall be completely grinded and brought to bright and smooth finish including all bends, elbows, making holes in the floor / steps, grouting with epoxy to achieve full strength of railing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves intels upto 1.50m and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 6 to 8 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5 to 10 mm dia and over, as in stirrups, spacers, binders including hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down CI/ DI water pipe line of size 100/150/200mm dia including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing RCC tank / sump of 4.0m high/deep of any cross section or any size in any condition [including foul condition] by removing Silt, Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge deposits, Pebbles, Large Stones of any shape including bailing out of water by mechanical pump if required and deposited to a distance exceeding 10 Km but not exceeding 15 Km complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Actual removable quantity of materials (waste water, silt, sludge, soil, debries etc.) to be measured and paid for full volume of water including sludge. Contrator may visited the site before quoting their rate. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include by passing / diverting of existing / running daily intake sewage by pumping with existing pump sets continuously and making required temporary piping arrangements with necessary tools & plants required during repairs to existing Raw sewage tank / wet well and necessary connection to new STP and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Structural Steel work including Doors, Gates etc but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix using Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, bases for drying beds, bases for tanks, bases for coarse screen etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix using Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix using Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, Retaining Walls, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix using Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, landings, shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix using Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Roof Trusses [framed], trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing [Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections] including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Plates [plain & chequered], Channels, Angles, square cut or notched [ordinary or counter sunk] forming holes without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5m span, Cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work new or old, of any description and girth not otherwise described, and treating ends of posts, backs of Chowkats, etc. area tarred with tar or coal tar black paint and Sanding newly tarred or painted surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Welded steel wire fabric of weight not exceeding 4 Kg per Sq.m fixed to steel or wooden members with suitable fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Powder Coated Aluminium Deco Grill of Model / Design No. DG 104 (7mmx4.2mm), including Powder Coated Aluminium Channel of size 30 X 12 X 1.5mm for fixing Deco Grill complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Floor Door Stopper of size 150 mm of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment to roof surfaces by sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions laid to levels finished even and smooth without using extra cement, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment and finally it shall be finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 0.10 KG/Sq.m.complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring/ ramps including spike rolling on top of floor finishing even and fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:3;6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors/ paths/ hardstandings including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Inter Locking Paver Blocks of 60mm thick of approved colour, pattern, shape and size, manufactured with M-35 Grade plain cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed conforming to IS - 15658 set in floors/ paths/ hardstandings complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Serial Item No. 180, 181, 182, 183, 184 & 185: [a] Good Earth shall be well sieved to pass 90% through IS sieve of 10mm size, free from stone rubbish like lumps, stones and other foreign materials suitable for gardening. The soil shall be fresh from quarry. The colour of soil generally be red and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [b] Manure shall be well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clabs and free from stones, dried grass and rubbish materials. The colour of manure shall be black and shall be screened at site using IS designation 4.75 Sieve. [c] Rate quoted is deemed to be including the cost of Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance of Arboriculture Works for two years after successful Completion of work under Phase – I

Maintenance of Arboriculture / Plants / Grass as provided under Serial Item No. 180, 181, 182, 183, 184 & 185 of BoQ by weeding, hosing, saucer melding once in every 15 days, planting new Plants / Grass in place of dead Plants / Grass of same species and height with out any extra cost to the department and as directed complete for after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all labour, materials, tools & plants and regular watering, using sprinklers, including supply and spreading / spraying organic manure, chemical fertilisers, pesticides to the required extent complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No. 186 but for second year after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of Services for Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant as provided under this contract under Schedule "A" Part – I for FIVE YEARS [i.e. 60 Months] after successful Completion of work under Phase – I

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 1600 Cu.m / Day installed at Nausena baugh, Visakhapatnam as provided under this contract under Schedule 'A' Part-I, during First Year after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete by providing services of One Skilled Technician/ Operator [ITI Qualified] [FGM] with 3 years relevant experience and trained in Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant, in one shift [General Shift] of 08 Hours per day including Sundays and Holidays including maintaining conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. and minor consumables and expandable items, tools for smooth and efficient operation of Sewage Treatment Plant to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the following services also:- [a] To take care of housekeeping, kepping the area up to 20m all around installation aboslutely neat and clean and free from vegetation for environmental cleanliness. [b] To maintain all installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice and maintenance of Installation Log Books and Maintenance Register. [c] Providing proper uniform to the staff employed by contractor as approved by GE.

All as per Serial Item No. 188 but for Second Year after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 1600 Cu.m / Day installed at Nausena Baugh, Visakhapatnam alonwith Non clog/ Clear water Pump Sets and connected pipe lines, Control Panels, as provided under this contract under Schedule 'A' Part-I including all consumable materials / chemicals [Chemical such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Catalyst and any other chemical as required, Oil and Grease required for operation of the Plant] during FOURTH YEAR after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 1600 Cu.m / Day installed at Nausena Baugh, Visakhapatnam alonwith Non clog/ Clear water Pump Sets and connected pipe lines, Control Panels, as provided under this contract under Schedule 'A' Part-I including all consumable materials / chemicals [Chemical such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Catalyst and any other chemical as required, Oil and Grease required for operation of the Plant] during FIFTH YEAR after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Serial Item No. 193 & 194: The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following operation: [a] Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. [b] To provide chemicals such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Catalyst and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant. [c] To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice. [d]The Sludge generated by the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be disposed by the contractor as per manufacture's instructions, OEM directives and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [e] Spare parts if any, required for Operation / Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant during the currency of defect liability period shall not be included in the rate of this item. The cost of spare parts to be replaced for operation maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant shall be borne by the contractor as per conditions of the contract. [f] Periodical maintenance shall be carried out by the authorised representative of the original equipment manufacture [OEM] of the Sewage Treatment Plant. [g] The Contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of the lab instruments glass work. Shortage, breakage etc. and the cost shall be borne by them during Operation and maintenance. [h Electricity and water for operation of the plant will be supplied by the Department free of Cost.
