Labour charges for unskilled worker for chipping, cleaning, uprooting overgrowth from the building and unforeseen work if any.

Dismantling old/weak plaster over masonry or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding upto 4 mtr height,tools and takles and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 1kms lead,at all heights

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc.with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts, scaffolding upto 4 mtr height, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50mm average thickness

Dismantling and removing the existing water proofing layer including cleaning and disposal of the debris up to a lead of 1 km, including scaffolding,tools,takles,clearing the surface to remove all dust,dirt,loose mortar etc. as directed by Enginner-in-Charge

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make such as Lokfix/Concresive 450/Cera Anchorest/HILTI Hy 200 of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem/Hilti or similiar respectively, including scaffolding upto 4 m height but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per manufacture specifications and direction of Engineer-In-Charge; Upto and including 12mm dia.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make such as Lokfix/Concresive 450/Cera Anchorest/HILTI Hy 200 of M/s Fosroc/ BASF/Cera Chem/ Hilti or similiar respectively, including scaffolding upto 4 m height but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per manufacture specifications and direction of Engineer-In-Charge for 16mm dia.

Plastering with 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all tools and tackles, labour charges, surface cleaning, necessary scaffolding upto height 4 mtr, curing etc complete ,except cost of cement (cement shall be issued by the Company)

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make such as Nitobond SBR/SBR Reomix/Cera SBR Latex of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem or Similiar respectively) modified; Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer (approx.0 .2L for1kg of cement) as per the manufacture specification) including surface cleaning and application of bonding slurry to the prepared surface for proper adhesion as per manufacturers specificationas and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 12 mm average thickness including scaffoldings upto 4 m height (Cement required shall be supplied by the company free of cost at our stores.)

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved chemical & cement without water injected.); Stirrer mixed approved chemical such as cebex 100/Flowcable 50/Cera Expan 250 of make M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively @ recommended proportion of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non-shrink compound in concrete/RCC work; including scaffoldings upto a height 4 mtr. (Cement required shall be supplied by the company free of cost at our stores.)

Providing and fixing nipples with approved fixing compound such as Renderoc Plug/Master seal 505/Cera Plug of make M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications, making the hole crack dust free by blowing compressed air, cleaning with brush, including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement including scaffolding upto 4 mtr height.

Providing and fixing 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, cleaning with brush,sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including scaffolding upto height of 4 mtr.

Providing and injecting approved grout such as Conbextra EP 10 of M/s Fosroc/Concresive 1315 of M/s BASFor equivalent product of M/s Cera Chem/BOSTIK approved by the company in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including scaffolding upto 4 m height. Fixing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position by welding and same to the existing reinforcement by binding with GI wire etc including scaffoldings upto height 4 mtr (Reinforcement rods required alone shall be supplied by the company free of cost at our stores.) Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Fixing departmentally supplied 16 gauge SS welded mesh having size 20x20 mm or nearest size firmly to columns and beams with L shaped mild steel shear keys/ fixtures etc at adequate spacing to cover the concrete surface prior to micro concreting at all levels as per the instruction of engineer in charge, including all cost of materials, scaffolding upto height 4 mtr, conveyance, labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. b)laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/ sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm . This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours then apply an over coat of 12mm thick 1:3mix plaster.The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured). All works including cost of all materials ,all scaffoldings, conveyance, labour etc complete but excluding the cost of cement.(Cement required shall be supplied by the company free of cost at our stores.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. Measurements will be taken for heights above 4 meter from the succeeding floor.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make such as dekgard / cera inra gard or similar at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, scaffoldings upto height 4 mtr etc. complete.On concrete work.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing and applying anti corrosive Nitozinc primer/Cera cte SP CI/ protectosil CIT, two or more coats, over the exposed steel reinforcement as per the manufactures specification including scaffolding upto height 4 mtr and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The product shall be applied on corroded area of reinforcement and the exposed reinforcement surface after throughly cleaning. painted area of steel shall be considered for payment

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, beam/cantilever/lintel/column/slab sides and bottom, plinth and string courses fillets, foundation sides, kerbs and steps etc.at all heights including all materials, scaffolding upto 4 m height.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, foundation etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of cement, centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including scaffolding upto 4 m height. (Cement will be supplied by the company)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, beams, shades, piers, abutments,foundation, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of cement. TMT reinforcement bars, centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including scaffolding upto height of 4m : 1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (Cement and TMT reinforcement bars will be supplied by the company)

Providing and applying single component fibre reinforced thixotropic non shrink repair mortar such as BASF EMACO S48CT or FOSROC/BOSTIK product for columns, beams, slabs and other structural members with 4 ltrs of potable water per 25kg of product, mixing by heavy-duty, slow speed drill with spiral mixing paddle or a Pan type mixers etc. after pouring the water in a mixing vessel, mixed material shall be applied both by trowel or spray application and finished to get a uniform thickness and finish and all works as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge, including curing, cost of materials, labour, scaffolding upto a height of 4 mtr, conveyance etc, but excluding cost of form work, bonding agent, reinforcement and SS welded mesh. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a guarantee of 5years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and applying micro concrete over the chipped and cleaned exposed area having sufficient thickness (average 50mm) to receive the same with fluid micro concrete product, such as Renderoc RG/MasterEmaco S 346/Cera microconcrete of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem or Similar respectively, with potable water, mixing by heavy duty slow speed electrically operated stirrer after pouring the water in a mixing vessel, mixed material shall be poured through the feed hopper into well positioned form work for the required thickness and all works as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge, including curing, cost of materials, labour, scaffolding upto a height of 4 mtr, conveyance etc, but excluding cost of form work, bonding agent, reinforcement and SS welded mesh. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a guarantee of 5years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing,mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.<br>SBR Polymer(@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer including all scaffolding etc.SBR polymer of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem or Similar approved by Engineer in charge respectively.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped<br>portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge<br>complete in all respect.<br>Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make (Cement will be supplied by the company)

Supply and applying waterproofing membrane Fosroc Nitoproof 600PF or equivalent of BASF/Cera chem/ similar approved material after cleaning the surface, application by brush, squeegee or roller at a minimum wet film thickness of 1.5mm in one or two coats. Priming with 1 part Fosroc Nitoproof 600PF or equivalent to 2-4 parts Xylene to be applied prior to the application of membrane and all as per the manufacture specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, mixing and applying Fosroc Brushbond or equivalent of BASF/Cera chem/ similar approved material, after cleaning the surface and applying with brush or roller in 2 mm thickness in one or two coats after applying primer as per the manufactures specifications and instructions and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect, mainly for waterproofing the roof, slab,etc. For brush application consistency, mix with a slow speed drill (500 r.p.m.) fitted with a Mixing Paddle (MR3).

Providing and applying one part PU based joint sealants fosroc Nitoseal PU40 or equivalent of BASF/cera chem/approved similar materials at concrete and masonry joints, cracks etc using suitable guns after well cleaning the surface complete afterthe application of fosroc primer 7E or equivalent of BASF/cera chem/approved similar materials as per manufactures specifications and application procedure
