ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR CIVIL WORKS AT CISF TOWNSHIP 2021-23

PLUMBING WORK: Providing service of repairing and maintenance of PLUMBING work by deploying a plumber as directed by EIC with necessary tools and tackles with small consumable material like safeda , thread, teflon tape, putty etc.to complete the job (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders )

Supervisor: Providing 1 no. supervisor for supervision of all the civil maintenance work/items. (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders )

Pump operator: Service of pump operator 3 no. for maintaining proper water distribution round the clock (24X7) to all the buildings at CISF Township as instructed by the EIC. (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders)

Gardener: Providing 4 no of gardener. Services for maintenance of gardens, plantation of flowers and hedges. The scope of work as under: Cutting, dressing of hedges and flower beds as instructed by EIC. Preparation of flower beds, landscaping green areas, daily watering of plants, application of fertilizers as and when necessary, plantation of trees , hedges and flowering plants along with cleaning of flower beds. (4 gardeners) (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders).

Provision for adjustment/revision of minimum wages (+PF) within the contract period as & when notified by Statutory Authority The party need not quote for this item.

Add PF rate (13%) on activity no. 10,20,30 and 40 (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders )

Facility management charges if any against service charges and overheads on activity no. 10,20,30,40 and 50 (-PF) (to be quoted in % by the bidder)

Provision for Bonus, annual leave with wages, non-statutory allowance, ESIC, Uniform (2 sets), shoes (1 pair), socks (2 pairs), annual health checkup etc. Payment shall be made as per actual on submission of adequate documents/submission of proof of purchase and distribution as per terms & conditions of contract. The party need not quote for this item.

CARPENTARY WORK: Providing Service of repairing and maintenance of wooden & aluminium works by deploying a carpenter and as directed by EIC with necessary tools and tackles with small consumable material to complete the job. (This item includes min wages and PF and is to be quoted by the bidders )

Sweeping work: Providing service of sweeping such as removal of chockage of trap, toilet, etc.by deploying sweeper as per the requirement and directed by EIC with tools and tackles.((This item includes min wages and PF and is to be quoted by the bidders )

WELDING WORK: Providing services of repair and maintenance of steel work by deploying a welder and a helper and as directed by EIC with necessary tools and tackles with small consumable material to complete the job.(This item includes min wages and PF and is to be quoted by the bidders )

Service of cleaning of reservoir tank 100000 ltr at CISF Township including manpower and materials and complete arrangement taking care of all the safety precautions. (This item is to be quoted by the bidders)

Service of cleaning of overhead water tank at each block (around 8000 ltrs) at CISF Township including manpower and materials and complete arrangement taking care of all the safety precautions. (This item is to be quoted by the bidders)

Providing 1 (one) no of grass cutting machine with necessary fuel (oil, mobil) and consumables along with maintenance of machine all complete for cutting of unwanted vegetation inside CISF township. (Manpower for the same shall be considered from gardener) (This item is to be quoted by the bidders)

APWD item: Any item, material or work covered under the APWD SOR -2013- 14 shall be carried out by the contractor as per rates of APWD SOR -2013-14, as per requirement and need to keep CISF Township maintained during the contract period as directed by EIC (Engineer In charge) Percentage above the rates of APWD SOR to be quoted by the bidder.

Percentage above the rates (On item activity no150) of APWD SOR to be quoted by the bidder.

Items purchased through vouchers on account of contractor's profit and overhead for the items other than the tender items required under this contract. Note: This is Lump sum amount kept for voucher purchased during contract period. The party need not to quote for this item.

Percentage above activity no 170 to be quoted by the bidder.
