M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid pavement, flexible pavement, concrete surfaces, cement or plaster surfaces and like and painting lines,dashes,arows ,letters etc. exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of synthetic enamel road marking paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of road / runway for bituminious pavements, flexible pavings,aprons and the like and painting lines,dashes,arows ,letters etc. exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of aqua based road marking paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required at site complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Painting to be applied through mechanical equiptment (road marking paint machine) and work to be planned according to Flying Schedule

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of road / runway for bituminious pavements, flexible pavings,aprons and the like and painting lines,dashes,arows ,letters etc. exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of aqua based road marking paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required at site complete all as specified and as directed and work to be planned according to flying schedule.

Grass cuting on shoulder of the run way taxi tracks , over run area and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling shubs bush weed, undergrouth , roots tree n.exc 20 cm girth and removing rubbish etc,.complete to a distance of 1.00 to 1.50 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - 1.Cutting and trimming of grass to 20 mm or less above ground level using mechanical grass cutter machine with operator and manual labour. 2 Minimum 4 Nos of Heavy duty petrol brush cutter (Grass cutting machine) per day with operator is mandatory, because daily output of grass cutting 5000 sqm required

Description all as per Ser Item No 4 above but grass scrapping and de-rooting the vegetation / grass , creepers along the lights of runways to the width complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs DTGM / Sign board with 6 mm thick polymer based form sheet struck with a layer of 100 micron thick self adhesive retro reflector (High intensity micro prismatic grade type - IV confirming to ASTM D 4956-04) as back ground required at site to be fixed through nut and bolts with existing aluminium frame complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- 3 M or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F Anodised aluminium square tube size 45 mm x 25 mm, 1 mm thick ) frame work in between two sheets and fixing with bolt nuts with washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 Kgf / Sqcm for DTGM / Sign boards with grouting concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs self adhesive retro reflective sheets (High intensity micro prismatic grade type-IV confirming to ASTM D 4956-040 , 80 to 100 micron thick, cut to shape of letters, lines dashes,arrows, comma, full stops, emblems etc of size and shape cut in electonic plotter as directed and fixed to acrylic board provided, (lengh and width of the smallest rectangle or squire required to form agroup of letters viz words, emblem etc will be measured to the nearest centimetere, if the gap between two words is less than two letters, the same will be treated as one group) complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- 3M or equivalent conforming to IS as approved by the GE.

M&L for loose filling with 20 mm coarse aggregates around runway lights including cleaning and removal of old loose aggregates exc 1.5 km but not exc 5 km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scraping , removal of old paint deposits on runway , taxi tracks and air field pavements using scraping tools etc complete all as specified and as directed.
