Providing and laying Tack Coat over the W.B.M surface using 3.00Kg of Emulsion Bitumen as Blinder for 10Sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied departmentaly at departmental section store at union office and cost of the same which will be recovered from the contractors bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended here with including conveyance of bitumen from section store to work site handling charges of bitumen at both ends and including all labour charges for clearing surface before the application of bitumen blinder and heating the bitumen to the required temperature including labour charges for applying tack coat uniformly including hire charges bitumen sprayer (with self heating and pumping arrengment) and all other tools and plants employed and also as directly by the engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per clause 505 of most specification. km 0/0-1/0

Providing and laying open graded Premix Carpet 20mm consolidated thickness using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal an 0.09 Cum of 11.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal with 14.6kgs of bitumen for premixing per 10sqm. Metre of premix carpet and 0.09 Cum of 6.75mm IRC HBG size machine crushed HBG metal with 9.80kg. of bitumen per 10 spm. of seal coat including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to worksite and stacking them to standard departmental gauge for pre-measurement including bitumen which will be supplied by the department at the departmental section store at Panchayat Union office including conveyance of bitumen from section stores to worksite and the cost of the same will be recovered from the contractors bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including heaking and mixing the materials using mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including all labour charges for spreading the same finishing to specifications, grades and cross section and consolidation by power roller including heating and sparying the biutmen for seal coat over finished permix carpet surfaces and spreading the 6.75 mm IRC chips uniformly over the suface and rolling with power roller rolling including hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant. Power roller and all other tools and plants employed, including all other incidental charges etc., complete --- km 0/0-1/0

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44kg of Bitumen for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site km 0/0-1/0

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 km 0/0-1/0

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
