Repairing/Replacement of old damaged 250mm Sluice valve by way of Dismantling of regulating valves of 250mm dia from delivery main, and providing and fitting of new 250mm regulating valve with hydraulic pressure bearing capacity of PN16 complete. The job also includes providing and fitting of Two numbers of required size flanges, nut bolts and gaskets. The job also includes addition alteration, realignment of delivery main as per site requirement by required men and machinery. Make: kartar/Kirlosker/sigma flow/equivalent make.

Disconnecting of 100 HP manually operated handle type star delta starter from circuit after disconnecting the power supply, disassembling of starter, removing of old damaged copper contact points and providing and fitting of new copper contact points both moving and stationary upper and lower complete. Also includes providing and fitting of trip coil as per requirement. The job also includes providing and filling of fresh T. oil of 3 liters connecting with circuit testing on no and full load successfully.

Providing, boring, reaming, fitting and testing of Tyre type flexible coupling assembly (TC 16) complete after removing old damaged coupling from pumping unit. The job also includes providing and fitting of nut bolts of required size and realignment of pumping unit as per requirement. The coupling to be bored as per requirement of pumping unit shafts.

Dismantling of suction system/pipe which includes 250mm NB M.S. pipe, foot valves, bends etc. and extraction of foot valve and suction pipe from water body/ sump, repairing of suction pipe of 250mm dia by way of welding with good quality electrodes. The job includes replacement of damaged Two Numbers of flanges to foot valves by welding as per site requirement. The job also includes replacement of foot valve hinged flaps completely after removing of damaged ones by welding and other required mechanical operations. The foot valve flape shall be fabricated out of 10mm thick black plate and properly finished. Assembling of foot valves, providing and fitting of rubber gaskets and nut bolts of required size.

Dismantling of horizontal pump unit 2nd of capacity 07 cusec 15m head from base frame, dismembering from motor, loading in a private vehicle and shifting to private workshop for necessary repairs. Disassembling of same in the workshop for assessing the damages.

Manufacturing, Providing, fitting of pump sleeves manufactured out of stainless steel SS410 as per sample required for shaft.

Providing and fitting of ball bearings of size 6410 (Two Numbers) and 51314 (01 No.) to both driving end and non-driving end of pumping unit after removing and extracting old damaged bearings from bearing hubs. The job includes complete greasing of the bearings and providing and fitting of oil seals as per sample required. make: NBC/ARB/ZKL.

Remetalling/Rebuilding of stainless steel shaft at both ends by required welding, creating of new threads on lathe by required tool. Providing and fitting of cotter pin (complete) as per requirement.

Manufacturing, Providing and fitting of chuck nuts as per sample.

Reassembling of pumping unit at workshop, shifting back to site in private vehicle. Installation and testing after fitting successfully on no and full load.

Providing, erecting, and fitting of 8m steel tubular LT pole along with all fittings after excavating trench of required size. The pole to be embedded in cement concrete block. The cement concrete block includes providing, laying of cement concrete bottoming of size 2×2×3 in M15 mix including all form works. The job also includes providing and fitting of angle iron crosses and F-top fabricated out of ISMC channel 75×75×6 and ISA 50×50×5. Also includes LT shackles/insulator pins. The job also includes applying of two coats of metallic primer and one coat of silver paint to ST pole.
