Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of On Grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections against Surge and lightening, sufficient number of earthing, mounted on the rooftop or Ground mounted with GI structure of suitable strength to withstand wind speed as per IS: 875, 150 km/hr, manual seasonal tilt, Sheet Structure, GI @85 Micron, (5⁰ & 25⁰) seasonal angles with following components complete as required:- For Approved brand of components please refer to Preference of make

a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 335Wp or above, conforming to IS14286/IEC61215, IS/IEC61730-Part-1, IS/IEC61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.

b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 VDC Input voltage range and 400VAC, three phase, 4wire, 50Hz +/-2.5Hz, out put voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency

c) ACDB panel wall/Floor mounted (on base frame) totally enclosed with Degree of IP protection shall be IP-65 unless and otherwise specified, as per the specifications below:

d) The panel shall be compartmentalized type having space and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cables, switchgear, insulated and properly supported compartmentalized bus-bars, interconnection between bus bars and switchgear with auxiliary bus bars/insulated conductors/strips etc. It shall be fabricated in 1.6 MM.CRCA (14/16SWG) Sheet, treated thorough chemical treatment, Derusting and Phosphating Powder coating in Siemens Gray (RAL-7032) Shade, Cable Entry shall be at top & Bottom Suitable for Cable, Lock, Rubber Gasket, hardware etc. suitable to house and include the Switchgear & accessories for individual isolation control of inverters and a main incomer as a whole as per design requirements and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge

e) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories as required.

f) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable alongwith glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required.

g) Lightening and surge voltage protection

h) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size AC/DC power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit alongwith supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. complete as required.

The prices of complete job as per the specifications above shall be inclusive of all frame work items, minor civil work, Scaffolding etc. All sundry fittings, assemblies, accessories, hardware items, foundation bolts, terminal lugs for electrical connections as required, and items which are useful and necessary for proper assembly and efficient working of various components shall be deemed to have been included in this job, whether such items are specifically mentioned in the tender documents or not.

ANNUAL MANTENANCE:

The installation shall be guaranteed by the contractor, for 60 months for complete work and equipments from the date of satisfactory handing over of the site as certified by the Department/Consultant/Client after correction of faulty/bad workmanship, defective design, manufacturing defects in works. The contractor shall guarantee the works to maintain quality on the basis of design/scheme i.e. 24 months warranty plus 36 months comprehensive maintenance.

i) For 24 months for complete work and equipments from the date of satisfactory handing over of the site as certified by the Department/Consultant/Client.

ii) For 36 months for complete work and equipments from the expiry of free maintenance period.
