PART-I (E/M WORKS) Dismantling of old unserviceable/damaged ACSR or AAC conductors of any size , jumper from overhead line & stacking serviceable & non serviceable material sepereately complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC and removing unserviceable meterials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unservicable RCC/steel poles/struts of any size including breaking up PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corroded/rusted/defective cross-arms of MS channel or angle of any sections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable insulators of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor/ cradles/stay /service feeder or distribution span complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP- 31 (9m long)confirming to IS-2713 (Part I & II) incl painting of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer from top of the pole to 1.5m above the bottom of the pole and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer upto 1.5m from bottom of the pole incl. PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate incl numbering of poles as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in coping including all necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Galvanised iron earthing strip of size 32x6mm burried in ground complete all as specified.

Material and labour for synthetic Insulating mat of size 2mx1mx10mm confirming to IS all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry (valve pit/brick pillar) or concrete surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fix off load changeover switch-AC 21 (Side handle) 400 Amp Four pole, 415 Volts AC, 50HZ, including taking down all as specified. Make :- Havells Cat part No-IHBFFE0400 or equivalent make of L&T/ Seimens/Schinder/ABB.

Supply and fix onload changeover switch-AC 23 (Side handle) 63 Amp Double pole, 415 Volts, 50HZ, including taking down all as specified. Make :- Havells Cat part No-IHBFFE0063 HSN Code 8536 or equivalent make of L&T/ Seimens/Schinder/ABB.

Supply and fix onload changeover switch-AC 23 (Side handle) 100 Amp Double pole, 415 Volts , 50HZ, including taking down all as specified. Make :- Havells Cat part No-IHBFFE0100 HSN Code 8536 or equivalent make of L&T/ Seimens/Schinder/ABB.

Supply only of 40 mm to 80 mm graded stone aggreagates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, small size with overall dimension 90 x 140mm clearance of hole 25.5mmcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly complted with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR 2009 Part I (Loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay strand, excavation and conerete shall be measured separately) using 16 mm dia stay rod incl PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arm bracings,supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primercomplete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only for cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including new nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old servicable material reteieved from siteshall be reused under this item.

Supply and fix pin type insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height 90 mm dia including MS strips 31x3 mm washers, insulator bolts 12 mm dia & nuts suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only insulator any type and any shape (except disc type insulator)complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old servicable material obtained from Serial Item No 5 shall be reused under this item.

Material and labour for cradle guard, hexagonal/rectangular or as per existng shape fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia including binding the guards with cradle supporting GI wire and setting asidecomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised stay strand of size 7/4mm including securing with LT pole clamp and stay clamp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor, as in overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia complete all as specificed and directed.

Labour only for restringing, tightening of loose/broken ACSR conductor of any size and type for 3 phase 4 wire system, maintaining standard sag including biding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia on LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Each conductor shall be measured separately.

Supply and fix shock proof and rust proof pole mounted junction box having size-II enclosure, suitable for 160A to 250A MCCBs, 50 KA complete with all accessories, 2 terminals, pole clamp, nut bolts etc with necessary mounting arrangment in the junction box with pole , complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part No. CM91003OOOO of L&T or equivalent make of Sintex Industries Ltd/Supreme Industries.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415V, adjustable type,Ics=100% Icu 630 Amps with breaking capacity 50KA, thermal release range 200-250 amp conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2 including taking down of existing one of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of existing LT cable in trenches all as specified and directed including cable lugs, cable glands etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, bricks, sand filling etc shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Boring hole under-neath road/hardstanding/pavement by manual horizontal boring for crossing of ble without cutting the surface and inserting 80mm bore GI light grade pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : 80mm bore GI light grade pipe is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contactor.

APFC panel throughly checked for proper functioning of all accessories bulit in and unserviceable spare/accessories to be replaced and making serviceable of APFC panel up to desired level all as specified. The following unserviceable spare are to be replaced :-

Supply and fix including taking out unserviceable MCCB rotary handle for 100 Amp MCCB.

Supply and fix including taking out unserviceable relay of APFC panel relay 3-CT sensing, 8 stage.

Supply and fix including taking out of CT coil 10 VA, Class - 400/5A.

Supply and fix including taking out of toggle switch for individual auto/manual, 6 Amps.

Supply and fix including taking out of capacitor duty contactor for 16 KVAR complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix including taking out of capacitor duty contactor for 6 KVAR complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix including taking out of copper wire flexible single core, 6sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix including taking out of copper ring terminals, 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix including taking out of copper wire flexible single core, 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for Phase separator for OH LT line 4 wire system complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for trimming, cutting of various sizes of tree branches which are touching to LT over head line at various places and clear the LT over head line upto 3 mtr from conductor to tree along pole to pole all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All the safety equipments, cutting materials, ladder etc required for the above job shall be arrange by the contractor. (b) RM is measured as effected RM of over head line. (c) The cutting shall be done two times during the contact period & length in RM as one time shall be measured & paid for .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable/poles and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 3.00m in depth for laying of cable/poles and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches with soil obtained from excavation including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old damaged / unserviceable LT UG cable, PVC/XLPE insulated, steel strip /wire armoured multistranded aluminium conductor cable from trench /duct /pipe. etc of any sizes complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, CPRI approved factory made and tested, LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type of size 1100mm x 1000mm x 350mm, CPRI approved, plateform mounted , the panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP65 class protection and madeout of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet and mounted on 50x50x5mm thick angle iron frame work ( minimum 60 cm long ) , powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement, internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked of adequate size and internal connection from MCCBs, MCBs and TPN aluminium bus bar and extension links of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCBs. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour code heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted epoxy regin insulator to contactor not less than 10 sqmm single core copper cable stranded copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked. The following items accommodated with this feeder pillar including 02 Nos danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white of size 25 x 20cm with letter figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed nuts, bolts and washers etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English including taking down old rusted unsv feeder pillar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX60ommX6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to Galvanised Iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead and protected by 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternater layers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle, necessary excavation and earth wok in hard/dense soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed.
