Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme onthe boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. Installation:It is important to ensure the sub floor on which the sheet is being laid is smooth, flat & hard & free from moisture, grease, etc. In case of uneven sub floor the same should be leveled by self leveling compound.

The moisture level present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. The sheet should be laid using adhesive recommended by company.Each row of tiles/strip of floor covering must be linked crosswise with a continuous copper strip. Individual rows/strips must be at least 3 m² in size and linked to the rest of the area with a copper tape. In rooms of up to 40 m², connection points for equipotential bonding should be provided in at least one point in the room.

Installation- It is important to ensure the subfloor on which the sheet is being laid is smooth, flat, hard and free from moisture, grease etc. In case of uneven subfloor the same should be levelled using self leveling compound which will charged extra. Air Cooled Inverter Ductable Unit

Providing, fixing and testing of copper refrigerant piping of appropriate sizes duly insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thickness. The pipes plus nitrile rubber insulation and cable are to be covered with PVC flexible conduits for protection.

Note: Providing and fixing of Powder coated M.S. angle iron frame work/Masonary Pedastal with required anti-vibration mounting for outdoor unit is also included in the above scope. Contractor to submit design/Scheme for Iron frame and obtain approval of engineer/employer before proceeding purchase & installation.

Nitrogen pressure testing for refrigerant pipe leakages & flushing during installation & after commissioning between IDU & ODU with flare nuts. Refrigerant gas & oil charging as per OEM standard.

Necessary corrosive treatment of copper coil of the ODU with Aluminium hydroxide, 25 microns thickness or equivalent coating as per manufacturer standard to protect from corrosion, sulfur and other chemical contaminants present in the air. SUBSTATION WORK

TRANSFORMER

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 KVA, 11 KV /0.415 KV, 3 phase, 4.5 % impedance, 50 Hz delta/star-11 connected, outdoor type, copper wound transformer, oil immersed ONAN cooled, complete with all fittings such as oil conservator, silica gel breather, thermometer, explosion vent with off Load Tap changing arrangement on HV side with Tapping for variations of high voltage from (+) 5% to (-) 10% in steps of 2.5% each, bi-directional roller, diagrams & rating plate, Oil temperature indicator, & Winding temperature indicator, weather proof Marshalling Box, lifting lugs, first filling of oil, weather proof H.T/L.T cable box etc. complete as per specification. All relays, contacts & CT terminals to be wired upto marshalling box. The Transformer losses should confirm to IS - 1180 Part-1 (2014) with energy efficiency level 2 [0.78 KW at 50% load & 2.23 KW at 100% load shall not exceeds by 5.0% (@ 11 KV) of the maximum total loss values.

DIESEL GENERATING SET

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Silent type Diesel Generating Set at 0.8 PF, 415 Volts, 50 cycles per second, 1500 rpm, 3 phase, suitable for parallel operation / PLC based synchronization, 0.85 load factor including circuit breaker for isolation, sound proof acoustic and weather proof enclosure, residential type silencer (as per CPCB norms-2) fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 14 / 16 SWG thickness with 9 tank pretreated before powder coating with ventillation system complete in all respects comprising of the following.

Diesel Engine -

Diesel Engine suitable for driving alternator of above rating, compression ignition, 4 stroke cycle, Radiator cooled, turbo charged, battery starting, 1500 RPM, suitable for above output of alternator at 40oC, 50% RH & at 210 M MSL and confirming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour after 12 hrs of prime continuous loading, complete with all the accessories i.e. tachometer with hour meter, flexible coupling with guard, crank case of steel, crank shaft, conncting rods, electronic governing system, dynamically balanced flywheel, air intake manifold, Air cleaner, anti vibration pads, starter motor, including all other accessories required to complete the system.

Alternator -

Synchronous Alternator of above capacity at 0.8 PF, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles, 4 wire, 1500 RPM, suitable for operation at 40 deg C, 50% RH & at 210 meter above MSL, capable of taking 10% overlioading for one hour after 12 hrs of prime continuous loading, brushless, self excited, self regulated through AVR, continuous duty confirming to IS 4722, BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions, class H insulation, including terminal box suitable for cable termination as required.

Base Frame - Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel which shall be installed on cement concrete foundation and vibration isolating arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.

Inbuilt Fuel tank of standard capacity complete with inlet and outlet connections, oil indication gauge, drain plug, air breather, fuel transfer system for automatic fuel refilling system with pump, piping, valves, level indicators etc. complete.

Daily service Fuel tank of 990 liters capacity fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet complete with inlet and outlet connections, oil indication gauge, drain plug, air breather, provision for fuel transfer system, level indicators and all standard accessories etc. as required.

Exhaust Silencer - Exhaust manifold with residential silencer.

The D G set should be supplied with required hardware for external PLC based auto synchronization, auto load sharing, auto load management system.

Starting system - 24 Volt DC starting system comprising of starter motors : voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with 24 Volts suitable nos. lead acid type batteries of suitable AH.

Ventillation System - Arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per standard specifications.

200 KVA With AMF Panel

Supply, Fixing, testing and Commissioning of Exhaust gas piping system of Class `B' MS pipe as per IS:1239 for upto 150 mm dia and for 200 mm dia & above MS pipe as per IS:3589 with welded joints, cut to required lengths with necessary bends, fittings, flanges, painting over primer coat, with rock wool insulation of minimum 75 mm thick of 150 Kg per cu M density on all sides of exhaust pipe, with chicken mesh wrapping and 26 SWG aluminium sheet cladding complete as required. The aluminum foil should be tightly cladded to insulation surface of pipe. The aluminum cladding shall be locked with sheet metal screws with other sections of aluminium foil. The measurement shall be done on the basis of centre line. (Stack height should be in accordance with emission regulations of CPCB, which will go well above the top most terrace) The exhaust piping system should be suitable for upto 550oC temperature, the surface temperature of exhaust pipe shall not exceed more than 60oC. (The rates are exclusive of support structure) (Note - Final size of exhaust pipe will be confirmed by the DG vendor after calculating the actual back pressure and submit the same to client / consultant for approval) 150 mm dia (wall thickness - 4.8 mm)

Supply & fabrication of D G exhaust pipe supports by M.S angle iron of size not less than 100 x 50 mm x 6/8 mm duly grouted in the wall through minimum 8 mm thick plate and with suitable MS angle / channel iron structure. The entire MS support structure should be painted by 2 coats of anti corrosive paint over primer coat of approved shade and make. The design of support to be duly approved by the Structural Consultant / Architect before fabrication and installation.

ELECTRICAL PANELS

MAIN L.T. PANEL WITH PLC BASED LOAD MANAGER

Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Receiving, Unloading, Shifting, installation, testing & commissioning of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel fabricated cubical type Main L.T. Panel , floor mounting, dust & vermin proof, front operated construction, enclosure class - IP 52, powder coated after proper treatment with 9 tank process with top/bottom removable gland plates, as required, double compression type cable glands, earth bus, hinged and lockable doors to achieve dust and vermin proof complete with all inter connections small wiring by min. 2.5 sq. mm. FRLS copper wires, ckt labels etc. The Aluminium Bus Bar shall be of suitable length, 500 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz TPN, electrolytic aluminium as per IS 8623 . The panel feeders shall be suitable for terminating suitable nos. 3.5 / 4 core armoured aluminium cable or Aluminium Bus Duct as required.

All Incoming / bus coupler / Outgoings ACB's shall have inbuilt microprocesor based Over load protection (L), Short Circuit protection (S), Instantaneous Short Circuit protection (I), Earth Fault protection (G), Shunt Trip releases. All ACB should have Ics=Icu=Icw=50 KA for 1 sec, fully rated at 50 deg C ambient temperature & shall be supplied with adopter terminal connection whose orientation can be changed at site. All ACB shall be supplied with all standard accessories i.e. auxillary switch with 4NO + 4NC contacts, cradle, handle, safety shutter in confirmity with IS:60947

All incoming & outgoing MCCB's shall be microprocessor based with O/L & S/C and E/F protection.

All MCCB's shall be Ics = 100% Icu, with rotary handle & pad locking arrangement, with adjustable O/L & S/C trip setting as per load requirement. All TP MCCB shall be with heavy duty solid isolable neutral link.

The breaking capacity specified for all ACB's and MCCB's breakers is Ics value (service rating).

Each section of Panel shall have door opearted light of sufficent lux to illumunate that section & each section of capacitor, buscoupler, transformer and DG incomers shall have exhaust fans for ventilation purpose.

All Energy Analyser / TVM Shall have RS 485 Modbus RTU on board Communication protocol for SCADA communication.

The Panel shall have a provision for AUTOMATIC FIRE DETECTION GAS SUPPRESSION flooding system for complete panel of each compartment / section including gas bank of required capacity (Note - Gas Supression flooding sysytem having seperate item).

Shut down due to low lube oil pressure/High water temp/Over speed/Low fuel level - set of 4 indication lamps.

D G control incorporating engine start / stop indicating three attempt facility and on failure to start, engine lock out.

1 nos battery charger with DC voltmeter and ammeter suitable for the DG sets (250 KVA)

Note : In normal case all three lamps shall be ON to indicate that incoming power supply is available. In case of power resumption after failure buzzer shall ring to indicate the power supply is resumed. There shall be one push button to acknowledge the same.

The ACB shall be electrically and mechanically interlocked with the bus coupler and Transformer incomers.
