Patch/Repair/ Modification Works on Various Equipments, Ducts, Conveyor Chutes etc. with MS plate. Collection and transportation of MS Plates [6mm / 8mm/10mm thk.] and required materials from CD-Stores.Necessary site arrangements including scaffolding shall be done.Patch / repair / modification works on various equipments, ducts, elevator/conveyors casing / shell, day tank roof,conveyor chutes,bins,skirtboards etc. shall be done properly to meet the site requirement. Cutting, shaping / bending and fixing of new plates shall be done after the removal of existing damaged MS plates. Proper full welding and grinding shall be done as per the instruction of Officer incharge to suit the site condition.

Collection and transportation of SS/HV9 Plates [6mm / 8mm thk.] and required materials from CD - stores. Necessary site arrangement including scaffolding shall be done. Patch / repair / modification works on various equipments, vessels, ducts, shell,hoppers,conveyor chutes,bins,skirtboards etc. shall be done properly to meet the site requirement in SS/HV9 materials as instructed by engineer-in-charge. Cutting, shaping / bending and fixing of new plates shall be done after the removal of existing damaged SS / MS plates. Proper full welding and grinding shall be done as instructed by engineer-in-charge to suit the site condition.

Repair / Patch work of Acid Storage Tanks / Sludge/Pumping/Digestion Vessels in PA Plant Area. Work involves: Collection and transportation of MS Plates [ Min. 6mm to max. 16mm thk.] and required materials from CD - stores. After getting the clearance, the manholes of the tanks / vessels shall be opened. Necessary arrangements shall be done and scaffolding at inside / out side area of the tank / vessel shall be arranged as per the site condition. Patch / repair / modification works on various vessels,tank shell, roof etc. shall be done properly to meet the site requirement. The damaged MS plates (size min. 6mm to max. 16mm thk.) from various vessels / tank shell, baffles and roof etc. shall be removed by cutting / grinding, after the removal of rubber lining. Shaping / bending, proper edge preparation of shell area and fixing of new plates shall be done with MS plates [size Min. 6mm to max. 16mm thk].Proper full welding at inside and out side of the joints and grinding of the welded area shall be done as per the instruction of Officer incharge to suit the site condition. DP test shall be done on weld joint and defects if any to be rectified. Scaffolding shall be removed after completing the rubber lining and inspection. After getting the clearance, the manholes of the tanks / vessels shall be closed. (Removal of rubber and rubber lining is not in the scope of this contract).

Plasma Cutting of SS/HV-9 Plates upto 20mm Thick as Required: Make necessary site arrangements for the work. Transportation of SS/HV9 plates from store/yard, marking of plates as per drawings/instructions from engineer in charge,setting the plates for cutting etc, shall be done by the contractor. All required piping arrangements (fabrication and connections) for air line requirement for plasma cutting machine shall be done by the contractor. Cut the SS/HV9 plates as per the marking using plasma cutting machine only. The edges of the plate area being cut shall be ground properly.The cut plates/pieces shall be transported to area/yard as instructed by engineer in charge. The site shall be cleared after work, scrap/unused plates shall be neatly stacked as per instructions.
