SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-539 (D/S) OR LIVING AT 19 IDSR UNDER GE 969 EWS

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings any thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the permishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key screbbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in slope correction under floor tile, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid coloured printed ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm,in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colur of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid coloured printed ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm,in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colur of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick colour and design (as approved) in vertical surface and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over 15 mm thick cement plaster using CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 15mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid including 15mm thick rendering on and stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or concrete surfaces on one side of lathing jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
