Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Providing and fixing first quality Vitrified wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

GRANITE WORKS

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Surface Preparation Cleaning of surface free from dust, Dirt, moisture, oil & all foreign material from the floor. For floor cleaning all mechanized equipment's are to be used like scrubber, sanders, hot air blowers, vacuum cleaners, moisture test machine etc. Once cleaned, the surface is roughened to prepare the surface for application of epoxy primer. Leveling with epoxy screed Application of epoxy primer over prepared surface and then filling of cracks, crumbled joints small size damages in the epoxy floor with epoxy mortar having high compressive strength. The epoxy mortar should be so applied so as to acheve level of – 1 mm from adjoining top level of epoxy floor surface once the epoxy mortaris applied , the area should be left to dry for minimum 24 hours before final coat of EPU paint is applied. EPU Coating – Providing and application of concrete primer on top of epoxy screed. This is followed by self Leveling PU top coating of specified shade and colour of 1 mm thick with self leveling epoxy material by means of special spike rollers and other tools so as to remove all trapped air bubbles and achieve smooth, glossy and leveled surface.
