Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved unicipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in- charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling of wall & floor tile/stone of different sizes laid in Cement mortar including chipping of plasterand disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50metres lead) as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. A) Concealed work

Dismantling of EWC (European Type) and indian type WC with cistern, washabsin with fitting of all sizes including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead as per the direction of EIC.

P/A water proofing treatment (tapcrete 2 or more) to sunken portion in toilet, toilet lobby, Chajja etc as per manufacturer's specification incl. base plaster and protective cement plastermixed with water proofing solution of approved make with polypropylene fabric in horizontal and vertical surface fixed under top layer of plaster punning with neat cement as per the direction of EIC.and testing with water for any leakage &seepage.

Providing and fixing Upvc soil, waste vent pipe incl. fitting bend, tee, reducer, coupler etc complete. (Astrial, finolax, Prince or equivalent) 110mm dia
