Taking out old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles (450x300) x7mm thick in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Virified Ceramic tiles dark shed 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 630 x 400 mm including PTMT waste coupling 32mm dia (min wt 45 gm), chain and plug and porcelain stopper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china urinal white including all fittings such as connection pipe,waste pipe, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass chromium plated tubular towel rail , 20 mm dia, D type, 600mm long between flange fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix soap dish, SS approximate size 160x160x90mm and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pillar cock, SS chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats frames with single or double shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.50 and not exc. 4.00 Sqm in each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site including 3 no100 mm butt hinges,2 tower bolt 100 mm long and 2 no Al handle 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of sliding aluminium door frame and shutter partly glazed 4 mm thick and partly ACP board door shutter divided into two panels fabricated including aluminium anodised snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass and ACP board panel. The door frame shall be fixed aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size. The door frame and shutter shall be comprising of the following section and fitting complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix of 6 mm thick high pressure steam cured non- asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board of size grid mould(605x605mmas specified above) and fix in grid mould with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Everest/Rhino/charminar)
