Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / or labour of required. Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him as per direction of Engineer- in -charge and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, (One point five metre) transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m (One thousand metre) as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Installation of Gabion facia unit with integrated tail as secondary reinforcement of length 2.00 m (Two metre) that is made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh, Mesh type 10x12, (Ten into twelve) having D=100mm with tolerance of +/-2%, (two percent) wire dia ID/OD 2.7/3.7mm, (Two point seven / three point seven mimimetre metre) (Zn+PVC coated) (Material should confirm to detailed specifications and drawings as attached).Size of Gabion Units 3m x1m x 0.50m (three into one into zero point fifty metre) (LxBxH) as per MORTH specification No 3100. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Installation of soil reinforcement in the form of high strength geogrids, having planar structure consisting of a monoaxial array of composite geosynthetics strips or alternatively Polymeric Strap coated with LDPE. Each single longitudinal strap has a core of high tenacity polyester yarns dons encased in a polyethylene sheath. only in the case of geogrids, the single strips are connected by non-resisting cross laid polyethylene strip which gives a grid like shape to the composite. including material handling, shifting, cutting to the required lengths as per drawing and securing the installed Paraling with wooden pegs to avoid wrinkles and slackness. 100 Grade (One hundred grade). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and installation of polyester needle punched non woven geotextile as filter media behind gabion fascia & for wrapping around PVC pipe , as per MoRTH 700 Type-III geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m. (Four point five metre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and laying of drainage composite for use between two different fills having three dimensional composits with thermobonding a draining core having "W" configuration in extruded monofilaments of minimum thickness 7.2 mm (Seven point two milimetre) , with two filtering UV stablized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness 0.75mm (Zero point seven five milimetre) and tensile strenght of 8.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1L/(m.s) at hysraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and lensile strength of 18 kN/m, with mass per unit are 1 of 740 sqm (One of seven hundred forty square metre) aas per MORTH specification 3100. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and placing of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Gabion Mattress of 0.3 m (Zero point three metre) thick, Mesh type 6x8 (Six into eight), (Zn+Polymer) coated Mesh wire dia 2.2/3.2 mm (Two point two / three point two milimetre) (ID/DO), mechanically edged / selvedged with galvanization as per IS 16014;2018. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabion matters). as per MORTH specification 3100. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supply and installation of pipe (PVC/HDPE)160mm dia (Longitudnal and Transvers direction) at mid of section in length of wall at different levels and over the slope for proper slope drainage purpose. as per MORTH specification 3100 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Fixing of Poiypropylene needle Punched nowoven below mattress. as per MORTH specification 3100 (Three thousand one hundred ) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechnically mixed and viberated plain rainforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications 2014 clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203. concrete nominal mix (1:4 :8 ) (One cement : four approved sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate . 25 mm (Twenty five millimeter) nominal size with minimum cement contents should not be less than 170 kg. (One hundred seventy kilogram) per cubic meter and curring complete . including cost of form work in foundation and sub structure including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and including shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v) (One Vertical) : 20 (H) (Twenty Horizental) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 of MORD Specification 1200 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
