Urgent works at Hibdangerpora, Nathipora, Wanpora and Vighbal-I Lift Irrigation Schemes of MISD Sopore.

a) Charges on account of replacement of the filthy oil of unit I, II & III of Hibdangerpora LIS and pumping unit of Nathipora LIS by way draining of old oil from the respective housings, at site opening and extraction of bearings, cleaning and washing of bearings with oil, greasing of bearings and refitting of the same to the shafts then, assembling of the housings and then providing and filling of fresh M. oil of specific grade preferably MAK Lubes (20L). The job is to be carried out at site —01 job b) Charges on account of replacement of the worn out 100mm dia. canvas pipes at Wanpora and Khushipora LIS by way of providing and fitting of new 100mm dia. canvas pipe of superior quality make to sustain the maximum working pressure. --120m (30m in roll) c) Charges on account of replacement of worn out couplings at Nathipora LIS of MISD Sopore by way of providing and fitting of TC 016 rubber tyre coupling to the respective units, after boring to the coupling halves of each coupling as per the driver and driven end sizes. The job includes proper alignment of the pump and motor on the common base frames. —01 job d) Charges on account of replacement of worn out ball bearings 6412 by way of Providing and fitting of new bearing or its equivalent for the units affects by recent flash floods at Hibdangerpora. —02 No. e) Charges on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of 300mm dia MS foot valve fabricated out of 5mm thick MS sheet using gas cutting and welding using good quality electrodes. The job includes providing and fitting of Weight plate of 12mm thickness with hinging arrangement, provided and fitted with foot valve washer, strainer of suitable size fabricated out of square bars of suitable size. The foot valve shall be applied with two coats of red oxide and followed by two coats of blue/black paint. The job includes p/f of nuts and bolts 5 kg and 300mm dia foot valve washer as spare. f) Charges on account of painting to the gantry vertical posts and horizontal posts and working plate form on suction side at Vighbal-I & II by cleaning the surface, then applying a coat of metal oxide and then epoxy blue/black paint in two coats. (15 sq m)—01 job g) Providing of pipe wrench 18”(2 No.), plier 8” (2 No.), screw driver 12” (2 No.) and ring spanner double ended 02 set, hammer 2kg (2 No.) (01 job)
