Supply ,fitting, fixing, replacement and repairing of the following filter Beds with the required spares as per direction of EIC

For BED -1 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of LOH and ROF meter and Control Float .

For BED -2 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of Pneumatic cylinder of Backwash gate valve, Air meter socket, inlet air pipe, LOH & ROF meter and Control float.

For BED -3 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of Pneumatic cylinder of Backwash gate valve, Syphon limit switch and Control float.

For BED -4 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of Surface Hose pipe, Backwash inlet gate, LOH & ROF Meter, Air filter, Drain valve.

For BED -9 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of pneumatic cylinder Backwash gate, Waste Gate , Solenoid valve -1 , Bed Syphon valve , Air filter ,Control floats , Replacement of LOH, ROF

For BED -10: Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC ofAir Filter , Air leakage to be stopped inside console, ROF & LOH Meter,Inlet gate of the bed , Syphone Solenoid valve .

For BED -11: Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of Air filter leakage, LOH Meter and Control floats.

For BED -12: Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of Solenoid valve No.2 , Air Pipe leakage inside the console. Control floats , LOH & ROF Meter.

For BED -13 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of 2 Nos. Solenoid valve , Syphon Solenoid valve , cylinder shaft of Inlet Pneumatic valve, control float .

For BED -14 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of 1 No Solenoid valve ,Inlet Air bracket , Inlet Pneumatic cylinder Shaft . Control floats repairing, and LOH & ROF meter .

For BED -14 : Repair and replace as required and as per direction of EIC of 1 No Solenoid valve ,Inlet Air bracket , Inlet Pneumatic cylinder Shaft . Control floats repairing, and LOH & ROF meter .

Upgradation and replacement of filter media ( Graded sand & Pebbles) for 10nos. Filter bed.

Supply ,fitting, fixing, Repairing and replacement for motor winding of High presure pump.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Recirculation Pump No. -2

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Panel with follwing spare as required and as per direction of EIC for Recirculation Pump No. -2

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Air compressor 2&3as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Air Blower ( 3Nos)as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of NRV for Backwash Pump No. 3&4 as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Actuator for Backwash pump

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of old malfunctioned Alum filling pumps (2 nos.) with new submersible pumps (7.5 HP) with necessary arrangements as per directin of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement for Pre and post chlorinator Unit with following accessories & equipment as per direction of EIC

Replacement of old malfunctioned pumps ( 4 nos, 7.5 H.P each) connecting to chlorinator system by new submersible pumps with same capacity and necessary arrangements.

Replacement of old malfunctioned Chlorinator and injector (2nos. for pre and 2 nos. for post) for chlorinator system including installation of 2 nos. gas leak detector and replacement of carbon steel pipe lines

Replacement of 6 nos. cupper tube connecting to Chlorine tonner valve and gas pipeline.

Procurement of new SCABA (2 nos. ) for use in emergency.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of 450M³/Hr capacity Sludge Submersible pump ( 3Nos) as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of coupling rubber bush with shade for flush mixture 1 &2 as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Pinion ofgate no3 for Raw water

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Raw water inlet gate of Filter Bed ( 17Nos)

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing ,replacement and painting of M.S cable structure , Alum, Chlorine pipe line hanging structure as per direction of EIC.

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of EOT Crane ( 3No)

Repairing of Pac Tank as per direction of EIC

Supply ,fitting, fixing,repairing and replacement of Rota meter ( 2Nos ) for dosing Alum solution.

Supply ,fitting, fixing and commissioning of Manually opearted 3Ton Chain Pully.

Supply ,fitting, fixing and commissioning of 5 H.P Dewatering Pump.

Repairing of 0.5HP Priming Pump as per direction of EIC .

Replacement of ½'' G.I Pipe line connecting to pumps at sampling table as per direction of EIC.

Repalcement of Diaphargms valve at Alum Tank as per direction

Supply ,fitting, fixing , commissioning of 2.5HP De sludge submersible pumpas per direction of EIC.

Replacement , supply, Fitting , Fixing of Vapour light / CFL at Filter bed, Chemical house, Entrance of the annex building, Sludge.

Replacement, Supply, Fitting, Fixing of Flureoscent Tube light at Filter bed, M.C.C building, Chemical house, Sludge .Bridge, Annex, building.CL2 Room .Alum Room, and P.L.C Room as per direction EIC

Replacement, Supply, Fitting, Fixing of Limit Switch/Indicator Lamp at Filter bed as per direction of EIC.

Servicing of LT Panel (Replacement of Relay, Timer, Circuit Breaker & accessories as when require and as per direction of EIC).

Proper alignment of the rail for carriage drive -2 and the same Bridge tobe paint with approve paint. Replacement ,fitting fixing , replcememt of Tube light as required as per direction of EIC.

Proper alignment of the rail for carriage drive -3 and the same Bridge tobe paint with approve paint. Central Bearing of the carriage drive to be Replaced and Mud cleaning at the clarifier to be cleaned as perdirection of EIC.

Proper alignment of the rail for carriage drive -4 and the same Bridge tobe paint with approve paint , the pannel shade for said clariffier bridge to be repaired as per direction of EIC.

Flocculator -1 of the clairiffier-1 to be repaired as per direction of EIC.

Bevel Gear bearing to be replaced of Flocculator -2 for Clairifier -2 as per direction of EIC.

All repairing and coupling of Flocculator -4 to be replaced of Clariffier -2

All repairing and coupling of Flocculator 1 as per direction of EIC

Flocculator -2 of the clairiffier-3 to be repaired as per direction of EIC.

Gear box Pinion , Bearing , Coupling of Flocculator -1 and Motor bearing of Flocculator -2 to be repalced of the clariffier -4 as per direction of EIC.

Coupling to be replaced and repaired with all complete of the Flocculator -4 for the Clariffier -2 as per direction of EIC.

Oil to be repalced and repaired the End carriage drive of Floccultor -4 for Clariffier -3 as per direction of EIC.

Pinion and Gear Box of Flocculator -4 for the Clariffier -4 as per direction of EIC.

Fabrication and installation of structural steel works such as Scraper, cable structure, tray for pipe line of alum solution as reuired and as per direction of EIC.

Mud in the chamber for all (1,2,3,4) De sludge unit to be cleared as per direction of EIC

Servicing and repairing and replacement as reuired of air pneumatic unit of all De-sludge unit as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning of the manual de- sludge chamber and pipe line for all De- sludge unit as per direction of EIC.

Supply , Fitting, fixing & Replacement of Solenoid valve for De- sludge unit 2,3,4

Supply , Fitting, fixing &Replacement of air bowl, air pipe , ball valve 3/8"size for De- sludge unit -2 as per direction of EIC.

Supply , Fitting, fixing & Replacement of de- sludge box of De- Sludge unit -3 as per direction of EIC.

Supply , Fitting, fixing & Replacement of Air filter , air pipe as per direction of EIC.
