Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Manki Colony for Two Years under Churi Project,NK Area.

Deployment of Facility Manager for heading the entire team and single point of contact & overall incharge of FM on site operators and reporting to Engineer-in-charge or his representative. (Note: Facility Manager is to be deployed on monthly basis only)

Deployment 01 (one) Plumber (skilled manpower) and 01 (one) helper (unskilled mapower) for day to day maintenance works related with plumbing works in General Shift as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Deployement of 01 no. carpenter and 01 no. helper in genarl shift for day to day maintenance work related to carpentary work like repairing of door, window, fixing of door and window required as per instruction of E/I/C.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) (CPWD DSR'16 Item No. 14.75A)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars (CPWD DSR'14, Item No. 5.22.6)
