Site clearance Clearing jungle manually including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, woody vegetation up to 30 cm girth measured at height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared .

Fine grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 30 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growth after 10 to 15 days, mixing fertilizer and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, watering, weeding and maintenance for 30 days or till thick lawn is formed. Providing and fixing Neelgiri/ Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60 mm thickness and ramming with required wooden tools, rolling with light roller to make the surface smooth and even.

Planting Rose beds including digging of beds to15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, triangular planting of sapling at 60cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.

Removal of weeds from lawn grass. Weeding out of lawn, where weeds are up to 25%, by removal of all weeds and other wild growth with roots by forking including disposal of garden rubbish with all loads and lifts complete.

Planting seasonal flower in beds Planting seasonals at flowering stage in beds including digging of beds to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting at 20cm distance from plant to plant and row to row.

Planting edging plants around beds, lawn or along paths including of digging trench 45 cm wide to 15 cm depth and mixing FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 20cm distance from plant to plant.

Supply and installation of garden bench Rectangular garden bench with h-shaped sides made of reinforced concrete (M- 30), thickness 100 mm, back height 750 mm, base width 450 mm. Back and seat shall consist of rectangular reinforced concrete planks 1500 mm x 350 mm x 50 mm. Seating height of the bench shall be 450 mm. The bench shall be fixed with nuts on concrete mount, all holes sealed after assembly and installation
