Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse if serviceable or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS-H) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in & incl PVC surface casing 'N' capping double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws incl all fittings such as Tee, connector pieces, L-junction etc on joints including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with proper colour coding, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, unsheated, multi-stranded, copper conductor, cable of two runs, 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 6 Sqmm for earth wire, drawn through and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings like tee, bends, junction box/terminal box fixed on wall/ground/ceiling etc and connected complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Phase should be of Red/Yellow/Blue, neutral should be of black and earthing wire should be of green colour. Two run of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length.
