OD341803/2025-2026:Supply & Installation Testing and Commissioning of 58.5 K.V.A Diesel Generator set including required contactors/ control devices and acoustic enclosure as per C.P.C.B norms IV+ and as per technical details given below on suitable size CC foundation. 1. Engine. a).Type of Engine - Prime Power Diesel Engine. b). No. of Cylinders - As per manufactures standards. c). Method of cooling - Liquid cooled with radiator. d). Aspiration - Turbo charged after cooled e). Design - Suitable for generating set operation. f). Out put - Required HP as per manufacturers standards at 1500 rpm under N.T.P condition. 2. Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a. Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling b. Close Coupling. c. Air cleaner. d. Radiator with fan provided with fan guard e. Fuel Pump. f. Mechanical governor. g. Fuel filter. h. Lubricating oil filter. i. Exhaust silencer. j. Exhaust Muffler k. Battery Charger/Generator 3. Engine Instrument Panel with the following items. a. Starting switch with key or button b. Lubricating oil pressure gauge. c. Water temperature gauge. d. RPM Indicator with hour meter. e. Battery charging ammeter. 4. Safety Controls for Engine and Alternator a. Trip for low lubricating oil pressure. b. Trip for high water temperature. c. Trip for Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Over frequency and under Frequency etc 6. Brush less Alternator a. Make - Stamford or equivalent b. Type - Self exited and self regulated. c. Capacity -58.50 KVA/50 kW @ 0.8 PF d. System of Voltage - 3 Phase, 415 V, 4 wire system e. Speed - 1500 rpm. f. Voltage regulation band - +/- 0.5% of rated voltage g. Frequency : 50 Hz h. Insulation - Class H The alternator should confirm to IS 4722 and warranted for 2 years.Operation and service manual , spares and tools shall be provided. 8. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure with full tank Diesel Fuel connection shall be done as per standards 9. Battery. Suitable capacity fully charged battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. 10 Acoustic enclosure The D.G set shall be supplied along with specially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated by the same company from where the D.G is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the stringent MOEF/C.P.C.B norms of 75dBA @ 1m at 75 % load under free field conditions. Acoustic enclosure: As per C.P.C.B norms and erected on suitable concrete foundation. The D.G set shall be installed as directed at site. 11.Standard control panel including all necessary accessories and meters 12 Documents to be supplied Engine manual Spare parts book Warranty certificate Alternator manual and test certificate 1 set of control wiring diagram 1 set tool kit The D.G set should have single point service for supply , Testing include Engine, Alternator and Control panel. The D.G set should have warranty of 3 years from the date of installation. Exhaust Piping Exhaust Piping shall be vent to the top of the nearest tallest building. If the pipe cannot be clamped/fixed to the building or any other structure of permanent nature necessary fabricated structures using channel section or angle iron sections of adequate mechanical strength, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer shall be provided for the support of the exhaust pipe. (Additional piping will be measured excluding the standard length of pipe supplied by the manufacturer.) Supply and providing following size B class MS pipe complete with suitable size 12 mm thick flanges coupling with minimum 4/5 mtr length using suitable packing , MS bolt , nut, and washers and raising the same using chain pullers , necessary scaffolding, supporting with main building using necessary channel/ angle iron bracketing suitable size. including painting with two coat of high temperature resistance Aluminium paint after zinc rich primer etc.. for extending exhaust pipe of D.G set after standard length. The Contractor should carry out all the Periodical services as per manufactures instructions during the defect liability period, including the supply of materials required. such as oil, filters etc.
