NOTE:- (i) The work includes taking down of old pump set from foundation, shift to MES store of AGE(I) Lansdowne and demolition of existing PCC complete. (ii) The work will be carried out at Jharapani pump house under AGE (I) Lansdowne.

NOTE:-(i) The work will be carried out at 3rd stage Pump House which is not connected by road and includes taking down of old pump from 3rd stage and 2nd stage pump house foundation, shift to MES store of AGE(I) Lansdowne. (ii) The Pump need to be matching with existing electric induction motor.

S&F in repair GI tubing "heavy grade" (ISI Marked) of size 100 mm (4") dia with screwed joints or welded joints all as per site requirement incl all fittings complete laid in trenches / on walls / on ceiling / roof etc incl necessary suitable size of MS clamps / saddling on walls / ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed at water supply distribution/pumping system Lansdowne.

S&F in repair cast iron foot valve, flanged end type confirming to IS-4038, ISI marked alongwith fixing accessories such as suitable size nut, bolts, washer & rubber gasket of following size complete all as per site requirement all as specified and directed :-

Taking down non functional electric induction motor of any size and capacity from water supply installation at zero/ Ist/ IInd stage pump house which are not approachable by road and 3rd stage/ Jharapani/ 2nd lift/ 15 LGLN pump house, decoupling motor from pump and cutting, removing burnt out copper winding and re-winding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge conforming to IS 13730-0-6 (2012) and reassembling/couple back complete and transporting back to its original location and making necessary allingnment and electric connection all as directed at site by Engg-in-Charge. Note :- Any other spare parts, if needed to be replaced shall be measured & paid as supply only separately under respective item of Sch 'A'/ BOQ.

Taking down of electric induction motor of capacity 100 HP from foundation of Pump set base frame of 2nd Stage Pump House water supply installation and Shifting to 3rd stage pump house water supply installtion and including refixing on new PCC (1:2:4) type B1 platform on MS channel complete all as specified and directed. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/water rinsing/de-dusting/water rinsing/activation/phosphating water rinsing/passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-54 ( should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 4.
