Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. willing including straightening, dooring, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chair, spacers etc. complete (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate)(Upto 1st floor level). From primary producer: TATA/SAIL/Esser Steel/ Jindal Steel/ Shyam Steel/ RINL. TMT Corrosion resistant steel (CRS) reiforcement bar.

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure up to plinth level including dewatering if necessary. (b) In proportion 1:4.

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S. rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately). A) 112 mm thick brick wall. b) In Cement mortar in prop 1:4.

Earth/Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 1.50mm thick including necessary carriage, watering ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. With river sand or silt (Predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

Providing and laying 25mm thick damp proof couarse with cement concrete in Prop : 1:1.5:3 with graded stone agg. of 10mm down nominal size including providing approved damp proof admixture in proportion as recommended by the manufacture including curing etc. complete as directed.

65mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50mm undre layer of cement concrete in prop 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of 25mm and down) and 15mm think wearing layer in cement concrete in prop 1:1:2(1cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (Using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75k.g. per square meter of floor area) including curing etc. complete as directed.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angels, not execeeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. On fair side In cement mortar 1:4.

20mm thick cement plaster in two coats on single or half brick walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side (backing coat 15mm and finishing coat 5mm thick). b) In cement mortar 1:4.

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. b) in cement morter 1:4.

Cement plaster skirting with cement morter in prop 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. 15 mm thick.

Providing fitting and fixing powder coated pressed steel door frame made of 1.25mm/1.6mm thick sheet of various sizes with necessary hing jamb, lock jamb, head and steel base ties at the bottom of the frame. The whole frame shall be welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means with base ties of pressed mild steel angle of size 20 x 20 x 1.25 mm thick. Frame to be filled up with 1:4:8 P.C.C. after fitting the frame with brick/ concrete works etc. complete as directed by the department for all levels. (P.C.C. to be measured and paid for separately). 1.60mm thick sheet of size 105mm x 60mm (Single rebate).

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm X 75mm X 3.5mm) 6nos with necessary wood screws. Decorative type face panel and block board core. 40mm thick.

Providing fitting and fixing coloured anodised aluminium sliding windows and ventilators of standard sections without horizontal glazing bars joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevent IS specifications) and providing and fixing handles, angle cleats, rubber gasket, roller, bolting device, locking arrangement, screws etc as required complete as specified and directed for all levels. 2 Track sliding window- 5mm clear glass.

Providing fitting and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern for windows/clerestory window/opening with M.S. flat at required spacing in frame all round, square or round M.S. bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws. Plain grill. Fixed to Brickwork/P.C.C./R.C.C.

Providing two coats of Birla white Wall Care putty (Water Resistance White Cement based puty for concrete/mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, puty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of cleane water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick.

(m) Distermpering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give and even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign mater and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer.

Distermpering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give and even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign mater and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. Top coat.

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100mm in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a) With ready mixed 'red-lead/red oxide'' primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enemel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Surface over 100mm in width or grith- General purpose (Asain paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Finishing Old/new wall with water proffing weather coat smooth anti fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats).

Supplying, fitting, fixing anodized aluminium fittings of approved make reasonably smooth free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defetcs and with counter sunk holes for screws including necessary aluminium screws etc. complete. (anodised to bright natural matt & satin finished). Sliding door bolts- 300mm x 16mm.

Providing pre painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) at all levels including fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately.) TATA Blue scope/Dyna roof/ Durakolor/Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Department 0.60 mm thick.

Providing wood work in frame of ceiling partitions etc. sawn, wrought, framed hoisting and fixed in position with spikes, nails M.S. flat, angle/ cleats with bolt and nuts complete including kiricide oiling two coats to unexposed surface of the timber (M.S. flats, angle cleats, and bolt and nuts required for flat, angle cleats wherever necessary shall be measured and paid separately). With sal wood.

Providing, fitting and fixing hard board sheet ceiling with approved quality with necessary nails, wood screws including 1st class local wood 50mm X 12mm (hollock/ bonsum/ sundi) beading including paining two coats to timber beads complete as directed (ceilling joist to be measured and paid). 4.5 mm thick.

Cement concreate works in topping 1:1:2 (1cement : 1 sand: 2graded aggregates on R.C.C floor treads and rise of steps finished with a floating coat of neat using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg of cement per sq.m. of floor to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed. Providing polished vitrified wall tiles of approved quality size shape and thickness not less than 8 mm on walls, skirtings, over cement mortar bed 10mm thick in prop, 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). Of size 300mm X 450mm and above.

Proving plinth protection with brick flat laid in cement mortar 1:4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 100mm thick sides and 100mm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Pre constraction anti- termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories bt the contractor) as per the direction of the department complete. With aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricle or equivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

WOOD WORKS: 9.1.2. Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clearstory window and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contant with C.C. or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mm X 3mm X 250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber face in contact wit C.C and masonry as directed and specified. (b) With 1st class timber (Bonsum/sundi).

9.6.1. Providing and fixing 1st class timber moulded architrave of size 50x20mm to door and window frames with countersunk wood screw, wooden plugs and applying a coat of wood preservative on unexposed surface etc. (a) With Teak wood/ Sissu wood.

9.9.2. Providing fitting and fixing full panelled doors/ windows including oxidised M.S butt hings ( 100mm X 75mm X 3.55mm) with necessary screw (other fittings to be measured and paid separately). B. With 1st class local wood. (ii) 35mm thick.

9.12.1. Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm X 75mm X 3.5mm) 6nos with necessary wood screws. PAINTING: (a) White washing with lime on wall surface ( two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

(a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surfaces even and sand papered smooth.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved barnd and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed paint, wood primer (pink) over new wood based surface over 100m in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. (a) With ready mixed paint, Wood primer (Pink).

Painting two coats surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of a approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J&N paint/ Nerolac paint) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (I) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (b) High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & L paint/Nerolac).

Applying primary coat with ready mixed 'red-lead/red oxide'' primer over new steel and other metal surface upto 100mm in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a) With ready mixed 'red-lead/red oxide'' primer.

Painting two coats surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enemel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac paint) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. WOOD WORK: Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clearstory window and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contant with C.C. or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. hold fast (40mm X 3mm X 250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in ..................... (b) With 1st class timber (Bonsum/sundi).
