Providing maintenance Services of Electrical and Mechanical Installations including Fire Alarm & Fire Hydrant System for Operational area ,Terminal Building, GLF Systems, lightings etc including MT Pool, Fire Station, Nav-Aid Buildings, Perimeter lights, Apron Flood lights, Elevator, EMD Offices, Office Areas etc. covering the scope of operation, prevntive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly,quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis, maintenance of records,documents etc. by engaging manpower round the clock basis and as per details mentioned in Special Condition of Contract .

1st Year (Yr. 2020-21)

2nd Year (Yr. 2021-22)

Rewinding of the following with Cu-winding wires of required size including less for dismatled copper wire etc. as reqd. etc. as required (Dismantle cu-wire need not to return).

Ceiling fans (1200mm/1400mm)

Exhaust fans 450 mm

wall fans/pedestal fans upto 450mm

Replacement of bearing for above fans

Lifting ,repairing and lowering of 1 H.P. submersible pump motor set i/c column pipe,cable, ,jointing of submersible cable and sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing commissioning etc complete as reqd.

Rewinding of burnt motor of submersible pump motor set size 1 HP with suitable size of Cu-winding wires including sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing etc. as required. ( Burnt Cu Wire need not to return )

Rubbing,cleaning & painting of feeder pillars/ electrical Panels/DBs/Fire Hydrant Boxes etc with one coat of red oxide and one or more coat of high gloss synthetic enamel paint of any colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge .etc. complete as reqd.

Painting of electrical Runway/Taxi/Approach light fittings including base plate with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved make in yellow colour to give an even shade including numbering of fittings in black colour etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing first-aid Hose Reel with MS construction spray painted in post office red, conforming to IS 884 complete with the following as required. a) 20 mm nominal internal dia water hose thermoplastic (Textile einforced) type -2 as per IS: 12585 b) 20 mm nominal internal dia gun metal globe valve & nozzle. c) Drum and brackets for fixing the equipmets on wall. d) Connections from riser with 25 mm dia stop gun metal valve & M.S. Pipe and socket. (i) 30m

All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance of 2, 3 & 4 feet Air-curtain available at different location of Terminal Building i/c replacement of required accessories such as bearing, bushes, fan blades etc. with rewinding of fan motors ,servicing & cleaning of all air-curtains once in a month,testing, making ensure serviceability all the time etc complete as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group B

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire along with UG cable in HDPE/GI/DWC Pipe etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, PVC box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Laying of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5 KV of size not exceeding 16 sqmm in the existing masonary open duct/pipe etc as required.

Supply of one packet (25 kg) fosroc Conbextra GP2 Compound for filled up gap for inset fitting on runway.

Supply and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial Modular type, socket outlet with plug top along with 20 amps “C” curve, SP MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including refilling of soil, dressing of sides i/c ramming, watering and getting out of disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset fitting of approach light/threshold light/runway edge light fixtures upon runway i/c cutting the concrete/ bitumen pavement to required level with core cutting machine,installation the inset fitting with help of jigs,filling the bottom and side with sealant DOBEFIL 60/Hardner mixture,making connection with secondary lead to isolating transformers,levelling,alignment etc complete as required as per ICAO specification and as per site requirement.
