M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting cables, etc. and design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised design with single door system for each compartment for each control gear with provn of side cable alley for outgoing cables. Outer cubicle must be extendable in both ends having both sides door openable and shall be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. The Bus bar rating shall be aluminium -4Nos and each have 1.5 time of incommer MCCB i.e. 1000Amp. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right.

The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong and shall with stand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring shall be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel shall contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The cubicle shall be inclusive of following :

Repairing/overhauling of LT panel any size by welding of door replacement of hinges wherever required and re-arrange the internal fitting/fixture including replacing of nut bolt and locking arrangement , replace of door sheet thickness 3.15mm size, bottom plate including cable gland upto size 150mm cable (1+4) one incomming and four outgoing cables and disconnection of unserviceable internal cables of any size rewiring/reconnection by suitable size of wire/cable including fixing of panel in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete including one coat of red oxide primer and one coat smoke gray colour paint complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Glow sign board of size 1.5 m x 0.9 m x 0.20 m made out of 1.0 mm thick tin sheet all side except front side aluminium beading "L" shape at all border exterier and interier side, front shall be acrylic cover 2.0 mm thick of blue colour including writing the subject matter as given by the Engr-in-charge in english capital letter in white colour with twin LED tubelight fitting 1x22 watt (2 nos) including all electrical connection with surface conduit wiring 1.5 Sqmm ((length not exceeding 8 meter) copper wire with drilling and necessary required arrangement for fixing of board including testing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for making foundation of LT Distribution panels with rectangular boundary of specified size made of bricks in cement mortar 1:4 covering the area all around the panel upto 0.5 m distance and the inner area filled with loose filling aggregates of size upto 80 mm, bricks along the boundary should be painted in white and blue colours alternately complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete in repairs with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead as GI strip of 32X6mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM jali weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any addition in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Repair & maintenance of ACB cleaning, tighting of nut bolt and greasing of machenism complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of old unserviceable lugs after cutting the worn out /faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box including necessary earth work for taking out the cable from loop line, returning, filling in and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable size up to 240 sqmm including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Aluminium Lugs shall be measured and paid separately.

Notes:- (i) Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system fortnightly, replacement of defective control wiring, small part such as Push button, lugs any auxilary contatct,auto selctor switch etc and necessary servicing repair by expert technician and register will be maintaned for the same. M&L for preparation of external surfaces of steel tubular poles / rail / garden poles of any height by rubbing sand paper and cleaning, applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate in foundations complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for coping, including form work complete all as specified & directed.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from HT/LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. Find out Fault in existing U/G LT/ cables laid below earth surface in any location of AFS Makarpura Area by the expert engineers team of state electricity board using and hiring of LT fault loactor complete all as specified and directed. Note : LT Straight through Joint kit will be paid and measured seperatly in relevent item of BOQ.
