Note:(a) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as per manufacturer's instructions. Before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hours for any leakage /dampness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (e) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6. (f) Two coats of Aluminium paint over membrane shall be provided as per manufacturer instructions. Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only or through their authorised personal only.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface fair and even on roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.
