Sweeping of road and road berm with jharu/machin including of removal of dead animal s when required and disposal of road sweep up to 1 km lead as per direction of E/I(twice a week )all roads except item no .2&3 of part 1

Sweeping of road (per day of week )excluding Sunday and holiday from martyr chowk to cisf main gate of kolya nagar .

Sweeping of road (one day of week) all branches roads of sector -1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11

Collection of garbage from door to door every day including Sunday and excluding holiday including disposal of collected garbage upto lead of 1 km.

Cleaning of WC pan including floor of bathroom D-Type quarter as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cutting / cleaning jungles / bushes and rank vegetation excluding uprooting and including disposal of debris upto 150m lead etc.

Cleaning of drain excavating loose soil under liquid mud and taking out debris upto lead of 50.00m (twice a year)

Cutting of fallen of branches of tree (beyond 30cm girth upto including 6ocm girth)

Cutting of fallen tree (beyond 60cm girth upto including 120 girth)

Cutting of fallen tree (beyond 120cm girth upto including 240 girth)

Removing unwanted tree/plants from wall and roof including removing roof/cutting wall and roof and filling the same by brick bats and finishing the same including ladder/scafolding Complete job upto 10metre height.

Cleaning mopping washing of floor of each room & bathroom including disposal of garbage once in a day in office of civil eng. Dept. koyla nagar & premices including ERP building

Brick work with fly ash brick F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in :Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand )

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
