Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 and 1603.4 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and Laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size) in road work and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. Providing and laying 110mm (one hundred ten millimeter) dia P.V.C pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1206.6 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete in road structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1604.7 and section 300 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and virbrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of road structure using of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1: 3: 6 ( One cement : Three sand : Six graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in drains as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M-20 (M-Twenty) in road work nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand : Four graded crushed stone aggretgate 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size with cement contents not less than 330 kg (Three hundred thirty killogrammes) per cubic metre in open foundation (Flooring) as per drawings and MORD technical specifications for Roads Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including the cost of form work and curing complete including carriage of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete in super-structure grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) mix designed with minimum cement contents of 400 Kgs (Four hundred kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification for Rural Roads Clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 including the cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab including hauling of materials in all kind of leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Enginee-in-charge. Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) grade in road work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1001 and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M-25 (Twenty five) Grade in cast in-situ with 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size aggregate true to line and grade tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500mm (One in five hundred millimetres) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (Two thousand milimetres) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete as per approved drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 800, 900 and 1608.3 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeter ) diametre reinforced cement concrete pipe IS Class NP-2 for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 (One cement :Two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1100 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Filling in foundation trences with soil as per MORD technical specification Clauses 305 Filling shall be done with approved material in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness. The compaction shall be done with suitable equipment approved by the Engineer-in-Charge after necessary watering so as to achieve the required density as per instructions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement M30 (M-thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification section 1500 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (Three milimetres) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm (Seventy centi metres) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm ( One hundred into seventy five into five milimetres ) spaced 2 m (Two metre) centre to centre, 1.8 m (One point eight metre) high, 1.1 m ( One point one metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, as amended upto date, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm ( One hundred into seventy five into five milimetres ), 330 mm ( Three hundred thirty milimetres) long complete as per clause 811 confirming to MORTH Specifications including all fitting required for errection at required site of materials complete as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or other taxes imposed by the Government
