Demolishing of RR wall / Brick wall in Cement mortar by manually / mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials outside HSL premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of door / windows with frame and refixing the same in required location including basic repairs including all accessories all complete as directed by Engineer Incharge

Removal of existing sanitary fittings like EWC,Urinals, Wash basins etc., & Plumbing lines including all accessories compllete all as directed

Removal of existing any kind of false ceiling boards with grid and handed over to useful material to CE office and dispose the unservicable material to outside HSL premises complete all as directed.

Removal of existing ceiling boards with grid without damaging any & Refixing the existing removed Ceiling at required location including all accessories as completed as EIC.

Removal of existing wooden/Aluminium partitions including hand overing of serviceable material to CE dept. and disposal of unserviceble materials as per direction of EIC.

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and all materials etc., complete.

Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing 15 mm thick Polymer modified mortar plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix by using 20 mm aggregate and baby chips including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour etc., complete all as directed. (Item includes chipping of damaged concrete and dispose to a lead of 50M)

Supply and apply the NitoZinc primer of fosroc make to the existing prepared surface of reinforcing bars to protect from corrosion complete all as directed.

Providing waterproofing treatement for toilet flooring with brick bats of CM(1:4) and applying Brush Bond two coats to walls complete all as directed. (Dismantling, chipping work is in contractor scope)

Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new wall & concrete surfaces at all heights including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer in charge.

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors, windows, grills etc., of required colour using approved branded paints like Asian / Berger / Nerolac, after removal of rust using wire brush or sand paper to give an even shade on old work including applying one coat of zinc rich primer complete all as directed

Applying two or more coats of french sprit polish of approved brands including a coat of wood filler on old wooden surface after thourough cleaning and preparation of surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double charged) of size 600*600*10mm in floors with water absorbtion less that 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make KAJARIA / Johnson / in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement pigment of MYK laticrete / saint gobaim or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed.Complete all as EIC.

Providing and fixing 1st quality matt finished vitrified outdoor tile flooring to steps in treads and rises of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,, includes the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick (edge cut) of size 300mmx600m (Concept) conforming to IS : 15622, of KAJARIA/CERA/SOMANY/JOHNSON make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. Supply and fixing of pre coated, Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Roofing sheets(Size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm above 5m height. Zinc Aluminium alloy coating AZ 150 as per IS27/ASTM 1379 in 550Mpa steel grade, painted with Silicon Modified Polyster 18-22 microns on top 5-8 microns Eproxy primer at bottom side of the sheet from Jindal / Bushan Steel . The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size 5.5mmX55mm @500mm c/c along the length of the purlins and wherever specified by engineer with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/ BUILTEX/ HILTI. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of end and side laps of sheet, tape, sealer, closures and closing of gap between roof sheet and existing walls with CM 1:4 both inside & outside) all complete as directed by Engineer In charge.

Disposal of debries, surplus excavated earth, wooden scrap, garbage and rubbish outside the HSL premises to private dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by Muncipal authorities / from any bod. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil in foundations by mechanical means / manual means including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank of 2000ltrs capacity each, IS : 12701 make sintex/supreme with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes including ball float valve complete all as directed.

Apply one or two coats of Damp Proof paint at damaged wall surfaces from approved brands Asian Paints, Berger as specified by Engineer-incharge including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as directed.

Detach the existing Work Stations without damaging and re-fixing the same after completion of renovation work, complete all as directed. (Item includes the necessary screw fittings etc., shall be arranged by the Contractor)

Removal of existing GI sheet for covering electrical cables at outside corridor and handover to CE dept.

Chipping of existing damaged plastering and re-plastering with CM(1:6) complete all as directed.

Providing plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 mix by using 20mm graded crushed granite aggregate for Haunching and top of slab concrete with providing proper slope including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing , material & labour etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in design mix of M25 grade in foundations, beams, columns, waist slab, sunshades etc. wherever required. (Design mix should be submitted by vendor at the time of execution with laboratary report) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement but including cost of Cement (OPC 53 Grade-UltraTech, ACC, Nagarjuna & KCP) and all other materials & men etc., complete

Cutting and removal existing MS hand rail, wooden supports, removing of galvalume sheets and removing the Iron post in shed etc., and handover the useful materials to YCM dept., stores etc., complete all as directed.

Filling available earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Drilling of 12mm to 20 mm dia,200mm deep holes into the stone masonry wall/RCC structures/ slab etc., using mechanically operated hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX or FOSROC make or its equivalent comlete all as directed.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Heavy Grade ) hand railing made of Hollow tubes, etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Cladding of 4mm thick with PVDF Coated exterior grade sheets of approved make, shade and colour, fixed on aluminium framework with necessary screws,cleats, sealant and accessories complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Removal and Refixing of existing all kinds of shed including roof sheets with structural steel supports without damage by manually/mechanically means above 5m height including stacking of serviceable material and handover to CE dept. and disposal of uncerviceable material as per direction of EIC.
