Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type A1, 1:1½:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in base of STP tank (inside the RCC tanks of STP) complete all as specified and as directed.
