Providing Underground Drainage pipeline gaps to various places in 58th Division

Manufacture, supply, & delivery of (DWC) structured wall polyethylene /polypropylene piping system with nonsmooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surface (Double Wall) for nonpressure sewage & Drainage application pipes of standard length 6 m, grade conforming to IS 16098 (part-II: 2013) including transportation to anywhere in A.P, excluding all taxes.

Laying of SN8 structured wall (External Annular Corrugated & Smooth Internal surface) Polythelene pipes, on the lower bedding (Constructed at bottom of trenches) at prescribed gradient, depth & alignment including installation and jointing of the same with the help of coupler (on line/ off line) attached to one end of the pipe & sliding the coupler end over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring fitted on the specified valley of the spigot end of next pipe, testing the water tightness of the joint assembly, ensuring the continuity tests of specified pipe segments etc. complete as per drawing, specifications & detail engineering, including carriage of pipes & fittings from site stacks to the place of laying etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment to be made on the basis of actual finished length of pipe line).

Cutting of open of B.T. Road surface (as well as asphalt concrete upto 75mm thick) including water bound macadam including stacking of excavated materials for lying of pipe lines as per the ditections of the departmental authorities.

Cutting of C.C. Road surface including Water bound macadam surface including stacking of excavated materials for lying of pipe lines as per the ditections of the departmental authorities.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 50 Mts and lift of 3 Mts in loamy and clayey soils like black cotton soils, red earth and ordinary gravel as per SS 20-B. For pipe line trench

Supply and delivery of quarry dust from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for stacking at site to departmental guage, spreading, sectioning, seignorage, watering etc., complete as per specification.

Conveyance of Earth with a lead of 2Km including loading unloading on mechanical means etc., complete

Bailing out of water from pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pump sets including hire charges, fuel charges, wages of driver and helper etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities

Construction of circular manholes with a slope of 30mm to 50mm in the channel along with sewer lines as per the approved departmental drawings including cutting of C.C/B.T/WBM, earth work excavation and laying of C.C M10 bed with 40mm H.B.G. metal, brick work with C.M. (1:3) for Manhole using 2nd class best quality.The rate includes plastering with C.M(1:3) 20mm thick both inside and out side and smooth finishing of Sewer channel, providing top coping 150mm thick with R.C.C M30 Design Mix using 400Kgs of Cement/Cum including supply and fixing of 35 H.D Manhole cover as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) with frame and encapsulated plastic steps including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and fabrication of steel used in R.C.C coping as per S.S. including benching, channeling, finishing and refilling with excavated earth and conveyance of surplus earth etc., complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities for finished item of work. Construction of circular manholes with a slope of 30mm to 50mm in the channel along with sewer lines as per the approved departmental drawings including cutting of C.C/B.T/WBM, earth work excavation and laying of C.C M10 bed with 40mm H.B.G. metal, brick work with C.M.
