Supply & Fixing propeller with propeller shaft for 35cs pump having 980 rpm as per sample & as per specifications
Supply & Fixing of alloyed cast iron propeller casing with casing liner ring of minimum 8mm thickness and capable of fitment with suction bowl and diffuser assembly and as per specification.
Supply & fixing of line shaft with coupler and SS sleeve as per sample and as per specification.
Supply & fixing of bearing no 7318 FAG/SKF in existing thrust bearing housing by extracting the old one
Repair of existing thrust bearing housing.
Removal of old GM Bush and Supply & fixing of GM bush and gland plate in existing gland housing..
Removal of old GM Bush and Supply & fixing of GM bush with rubber bush in suction bowl/diffuser..( 3 no each pump)
Erection & commission of pump complete in all respect with Bronze Neoprene Bush , paints and nut – bolt, rubber sheet including left over items if any as per site requirement
