Repair Replacement of certain misc EM works of OH and UG Cable and other connected works from CP-I to CP-II including adjoining areas in Army Area Under GE Army Utility Jodhpur.

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc.1.5m in depth for laying of cable in hard rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth for, erection of poles and not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out hard rock complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed by EIC.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for river sand/tiba sand cushioning to U/G cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed stone slab 25 to 30cm wide and not less than 60cm long laid dry and abuting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over U/G cable complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Motorized Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machaine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Contractor shall visit the site before quote the rate.

M&L for GI tubing medium grade with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crosing including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed by engineer in charge of size 80 mm. Make :- JINDAL/TATA/SURYA

Supply and lay XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 70 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable OH conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab.

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable end jointing kit, outdoor type heat shinkable 70 Sqmm, 3 core suitable for HT 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Raychem/3M/DENSON/GEE-SEAL

All as per item no 12 ' but straight through - ditto-.

Cutting/Felling of tree exc. 30 cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches and disposal of the same to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from existing HT OH lines,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of swing out expulsion fuse assembly single pole,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of U/S 11 KV Air break gang operated triple pole switches care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of concrete poles/ struts, any size,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of steel poles/ struts, any size,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts),care fully from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling earth wire 8 SWG of guard netting, service feeder or distributor span ,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gap less metal oxide type lighting arrester distribution class, 9 KV grade suitable for 11 KV HT distribution system confirming to IS 3070, continuous operating voltage 7.65 KV (rms), Nominal discharge current 5 KA including taking out old U/S LA assembely complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding cold or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size, and fabrication of 11 KV tower as per existing height as indicated or directed by EIC and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete (Insulators to be measured and paid for separately under respective items). all as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fix cable path indicators made out of roughly hammer dressed stone slab size (30cm x 75cm x 7.5cm ) and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint for marking of voltage and size of cable and route including necessary earth work as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : BHEL/Pactil/Rastriya/JB or equivalent.

Supply and fix in replacement security light junction boxes of Diemension –[200X160X98mm , shockproof, rustproof, termite resistant, weather proof, cable entry from bottom , pole mounting arrangement along with 3 phase 4 wire 100 amps aluminium busbar with insulators and MCB SP - 6 amps rating with provision of Cable Glands complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :Sintex or equivalent in Neptane/HENSEL/CROMPTON/SYSKA/HAVELLS.

Laying only cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric or any size power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 Sq mm 4 Core or any size required at site (cable shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying)

Fixing only PVC insulated copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core or any size required at site from gear / control box to fitting connector block through PVC conduit and along with necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers etc complete in replacement all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge. (cable shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing)

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to relavent latest IS including refixing of security light fittings, brackets etc connecting testing complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - P.C.C Work, excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Dressing of HT & LT existing cable along two pole structure including providing GI pipe and clamps and undergrounding of loop cables, painting of all cross arms/ steel structures with two coat of aluminium paint after preparation of surface and applying one coat of red oxide primer and making new jumpering/lead. ( Note: GI tubing, clamps, ASCR conductor and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items).

All as per item No 34 but four pole structure including providing GI pipe and clamps and undergrounding of loop cables, painting of all cross arms/ steel structures with two coat of aluminium paint after preparation of surface and applying one coat of red oxide primer and making new jumpering/lead. ( Note: GI tubing, clamps, ASCR conductor and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items).

Fixing of prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 12mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 conforming to relavent latest IS and a stay assembly as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: P.C.C Work, excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with 230x230x 6 mm thick plate and 16 mm dia stay rod all as shown in elect plate No-1 of SSR-part -1 including stay wire of appropriate size all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Rate quoted is deemed to be included excavation and PCC for stay.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary from work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete from, all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows. Reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks, and MS clamps for fixing along pole etc of size 20 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
