Consultancy Services to avail technical and contractual support for closure (De-scoping) of the EPC contracts for implementation of the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system at RTPS, YTPS and BTPS

The Bidder shall be an experienced consultant who has successfully carried out project advisory / Project Management / Contract Management / EPC contract administration / Commercial reconciliation / Claim assessment / Delay analysis / Project closure / Independent technical & commercial review consultancy services in any projects of Thermal or Industrial capital projects and shall be a legally registered consulting/advisory firm in India and consultant for EPC contracts including Civil and Electro Mechanical works.

The Bidder shall be a consultant for EPC contracts and should have executed similar type of works in the last 5 years with the total value of such works is Rs. 37.50 Lakhs or more. These works should have successfully completed one (1) year prior as on the date of Cover -1 opening.

The average annual financial turnover of the Bidder, in at least Two (2) of the preceding five (5) financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26), shall not be less than Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy-Five lakhs only).

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.
