DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling of the existing ACP sheet in roofs with proper care causing no damage to the sheet including stacking material within distance of 500m as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Cost including labour charge all tools & plants whenever required for satisfactory complete the work.

FINISHING

12 mm cement plaster:1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, Two or more coats on new/old work over an under coat of suitable shade with epoxy primer paint of approved brand and manufacture.

ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

STEEL WORK

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete(Tata or equilent).

ROOFING

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel of approved make and shade made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheet ( each 0.5mm thick) as roofing over aluminium framework section. The aluminium composite panel sheet shall be coil coated with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon of approved colour and shade on face #1 and polymer (service) coating on face #2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers,bond silicone at necessary intervals, backer rods etc for all height, and all levels etc. The joints shall be neatly sealed with good quality silicone sealent to ensure water tightness and aesthetic look. The items includes cost of all materials & labours components, as per items descriptions, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge with proper drainage of water to make it water tight. Base frame work for ACP shall be payable under the relevant aluminium items. The contractor shall give Five years guarantee for the materials and workmanships

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Providing and fixing 1.5mm thickness Self adhesive aluminium reinforced butyl flashing tape of 300mm width of approved brand & manufactures over the existing junctures of wall,floor & other locating with proper level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

LABOUR

Supplying of UNSKILLED LABOURS such as collie,beldar,bhisti etc for carry out of various petty/minor works and cleaning scraps while fixing the ACP sheet- Cost including labour charge all tools & plants whenever required for complete the job as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
