Dismantling of 11/0.4KV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV connections

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, and handling of transformer to workshop, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar approximately 25km on an average.

Providing & fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs and providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber per kg of winding (12 coils @ 04kg/coil approximately)

complete assembling of 11/0.4 KV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of transformer lid by way of fitting of nuts, bolts, gaskets, insulators etc. Refilling of T-oil in tank. Reconnecting HT/LT connection and testing

Providing and fitting of LT 12 mm brass metal part stem part with allied fittings of transformer bushings.

Providing and fitting of LV porcelain bushings of suitable rating.

Credit valve of old scrap as 80% of weight of coil as per actual measurement
