RequiredResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will be rejected.
RequiredBidder should mention P&F charges, freight and Transit Insurance charges in terms of percentage only, if any extra applicable
RequiredBidder should upload GST No. and PAN card details
RequiredBidder should upload technical bid and 6 or 8 digit HSN codes and GST of the offered material for each item.
RequiredBidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC/BHEL/Singareni Thermal Power Plant etc. or any other power stations and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredBidder must be Original Manufacturer or authorized dealer of Fuji/ Honeywell/ Siemens/ Yokogawa make only. Original Manufacturer must upload NSIC/SSI/MSME or any other relevant certificate(s). Authorized dealer must upload the authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer.
RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specifications and annexure enclosed can only be considered.
RequiredBidder should accept to the supply the material as per annexure enclosed and should sign at the bottom of annexure and upload the documents in PQ bids in token of having acceptance.
